Florence's B&B was the best one we stayed in during our trip down the west coast of Ireland. The house itself is lovely, very nicely furnished and decorated. Traditionally Irish! Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. There is little bits and bobs around the room for guests to use: fruit, coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, etc. Breakfast is over the...

My husband and I toured western Ireland on an amazing trip set up by Retroventures in Adare. We were set up to stay 2 nights at the Coatesland House. It is a lovely place! It has real local, unique charm and beauty. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! Florence is a sweet hostess and...

We stay at the Coatesland House for one night only but I highly recommend it: Florence and the dogs gave us an incredibly warm reception. Our room, an ensuite double room offered enough storage space for our luggage and the light in the bathroom was bright enough for my daily facial care and make up. The breakfast buffet offers a...

This is a wonderful B&B! Florence is a great host! The house is very comfortable. The breakfast room is lovely, set with beautiful China. There is a wonderful sitting room with comfy seating and tv with cable. Florence was very helpful making dinner reservations for us at a local pub! Breakfast was fantastic. Adare has many choices for B & B’s, and Coatesland House, where we stayed was outstanding. Our hostess, Florence, takes great pride in her establishment. There are many books and bits of Irish literature to read, and a two great rooms in which to do so. The breakfast room there was like a beautiful sunroom, and the food was both...

We were guets for (unfortunately only) one night. Florence is a lovely person and her house is awesome. Everything is arranged with so much love. Our room was absolutly tidy and big enough to feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed the view out of the wintergarden. In the end we definitely recommend to stay at Coatesland...

Every night we have been staying in a different B and B and while they were all great Florence and her staff, Clare and Kathy, were above and beyond. They truly made us feel at home and the accommodations were fabulous. My husband loved the dogs they had and we enjoyed not just breakfast but lengthy conversations with the hostess....

This was our favorite B and B on our two week stay in Ireland. Florence has created the most friendly and welcoming home for her guests. Breakfast was also the best. We didn't plan on staying in Adare initially, but we are so glad we did! We will definitely be going back.

The day that I was traveling to Coatesland house I had gotten lost and was feeling a little frustrated and homesick because I missed my dog. I actually said a little prayer in my head before heading to Adare that the host of my next B&B would be a sweet, kind old lady that wouldn't be upset that I was...

Florence was so kind and helpful. It was like going to grandmas house. we were made to feel so very relaxed and at home. Florence rescues dogs and in particular a little yorkie named Miss Ellie. She looked so much like my yorkie at home, Reggie. This is a wonderful home away from home type place. They have thought of...
