Arriving on Friday afternoon with wet weather gear packed, it was a shock to have fabulous weather for our two nights.
Arriving with Irish family who knew some of the guests at a wedding taking place that weekend also added some bias to the memory...More
My family and I spent a week at one of the guest houses at Adare Manor in October that we booked through Sceptre Tours. The house was huge and had everything we could possibly need for the week. Any issues we had were addressed right...More
We arrived at Adare Manor in April, for a seven day, six night holiday purchased through Sceptre Tours, at an amazingly low price, which included round-trip flights from the USA, and a car. The Manor is castle-like and old, but the villas on the grounds...More
We took the trip of a lifetime to Ireland last March. We spent our last night at the beautiful Adare Manor. It was like being in a PBS movie! The structure itself is breathtaking and the grounds were equally stunning. Our room was very nice...More

We bought instant coffee, which I'm generally not a fan of, which was actually pretty good. My husband drinks his black and liked it. I bought Creamer at the small grocery in town and it was delicious. Yes to hair dryers in each room. We had a 3 bedroom villa. My suggestion would be to take extension cords if you take any US electronics. There are US outlets in the rooms but not conveniently located. The extension cords worked very well, as we could charge several phones as well as use a flat iron. There is laundry available, I took detergent pods. Adare is a beautiful village, very quaint. We truly enjoyed the evenings in the pubs. Definitely visit Sean Collins and Sons Pub. The evening with live music was a real treat.

Thank you for your enquiry. There is a small supply of dishwasher and laundry tabs in each of the villas - enough for one or two washes to get your started. There is no food or beverages supplied with the houses so we would recommend that you go to the local grocery store in Adare once you arrive to purchase your provisions for the duration of your stay. There are two good supermarkets in the village which stay open until quite late; Londis and Centra - you will be able to get everything that you need in either of them.
