Spent two nights here during our first visit the the Kinsale area. Could not recommend it more strongly! Siobhan and Nigel are exceptional hosts and made our stay a real pleasure. We particularly liked being close to Kinsale without being in the midst of the bustle there. The nights at the B&B were so quiet and restful. We certainly hope...

This is an exceptional stop for anyone passing through Kinsale and area. Nigel and Siobhan are very helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and rightly proud of their joint efforts to present a top notch house. Parking is great - location, quite near Charles Fort is excellent. The view from our room (Room #1) was spectacular - looking towards the bay. Our room...

The owners Siobhan and Nigel were most welcoming and gracious hosts. They were helpful to ensure our American family of 5 felt at home, comfortable, well fed and cared far. They recommended our driving path so we could view the best sights during our stay in Ireland. We only stayed one night since we drove across the country; however, I...

What a fantastic B & B run by the most hospitable couple you could wish to meet. Situated just outside the Town of Kinsale a wonderful welcome awaits you. Room 1 has an uninterrupted view across the countryside towards the Harbour waters. Breakfast choices are as good as a 5 star hotel with fresh baked variety bread and a variety...

We booked one night at the B&B on our way back to the ferry at Rosslare and were very pleased with our stay. The hosts were extremely welcoming and we felt instantly at home in our clean, pleasant room which overlooked the fields and Kinsale. The bed was very comfortable and everything we needed was to hand although my husband...

Our hosts were welcoming and set us at ease immediately. We stayed in a second floor room overlooking the harbor. As luck had it, rain cancelled some of our plans in Kinsale, but I can think of no more charming place to hang out on a rainy day. Beautifully decorated and lit breakfast rooms, a cozy den with a piano,...
