We stayed at 5 different B&B's throughout the course of our week holiday & Cloisters was our favorite. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Kinsale, the owners were friendly and knowledgable and the B&B itself was fantastic. Our room was decently sized, comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom was standard and had great water pressure and the room... More

This BnB is like a model, for other BnBs to aspire to. Easily the best place we stayed on our 9 night tour of Ireland. Lovely hosts who were friendly and welcoming and gave you just enough information and help without being overbearing. Lovely, newly decorated rooms with all the facilities you'd want. Tea and coffee, huge bathroom, great Wi-Fi...... More

My husband and I stayed for 1 night. Aileen welcomed us warmly to the property and in a short time we were in our lovely room, it was their smaller room as they were totally booked, but even so it was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated and the bathroom was small but functional. Aileen gave us map of the town... More

We read all the reviews for Cloisters prior to booking and there is a reason it is so highly rated. We stayed for 2 nights in June. The B&B is charming and spotless. It's a short 2-minute walk into Kinsale. We were warmly welcomed by both Orla and Aileen upon arrival and their advice on things to do and places... More

Great location, walking distance to town centre. We arrived earlier than expected and were welcomed by Orla, literally with open arms. She was very generous with her time finding out what we were planning to do and giving useful recommendations & directions. The room was simply and tastefully decorated - our only suggestion would be to replace TV with a... More

Cloisters B&B, located right near the heart of the town, is one of the nicest and most charming places my wife and I have stayed at. Our hosts, Orla and Aileen were very friendly and gracious. They gave us good advice on places to see and eat while in town and very helpful directions to places we wanted to visit... More

We were two couples (Mom & Dad with Daughter and Son-in-Law) and we stayed two nights. Orla and Aileen are so kind, friendly, and welcoming. They are quite helpful about all of the places to go and things to do. Such gracious and hospitable hosts. The place is very clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. The location is great too,... More

Orla and Aileen are key ingredients to the success of Cloisters B&B. They are so welcoming, so genuine in ensuring your stay is as successful as it can be. Not the most spacious or modern of facilities but it is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and furnished, and has a very homely air. The location in the heart of Kinsale is... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room is extremely lovely and clean and bed very comfortable. You have your own bathroom which is great. The location is great and very close to town but away from noise. The ladies are simply lovely and provide good information about places to go in town. The breakfast is also sensational and absolutely... More

Beautiful rooms but you will not spend much time there. So much to see in Kinsale. We enjoyed out walk to both forts. Don't forget to do an evening stroll around town. Those greeting and hospitality was fantastic. Breakfast was great the visuals of the table were just nice! Even the butter! Special butter! Gee, they put a lot of... More
