We had lunch here and it was the best place I have ever eaten. The food, the staff and the location were first class. The waitress was so lovely and told us she was from Slovenia. Would highly recommend it.

Blue Haven seems to be under renovation, so first impression on entry was a bit chaotic--painters, workers, etc.--but the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our room was quite small, but had a large bay window with window seat, and was nicely appointed with antiques. There are at least two restaurants on the premises, which was really convenient for an afternoon...

Ran into the blue haven for a quick lunch. It was really, really busy. Confirmations and communions were all going on. The waitress was really nice and found us a corner table. (It was lashing and we didn't fancy searching around) The food was delicious. I had halloumi and hazelnut hummus in a fresh ciabatta, 10e and husband had pulled...

We visited in January so this is a delayed but much deserved all singing and dancing review. The hotel was fabulous from the moment we stepped inside, a warm welcome awaited and our room was large and gorgeous. The bed was huge and just divine to sleep in. We had a meal in the restaurant of seafood chowder which was...

I stayed here for a two night stay in April. We got a lovely welcome from the receptionist , he was extremely helpful. Our bedroom was very disappointing, Bed linen was spotless but the room itself needs a total overhaul. Shabby to say the least. Breakfast was very average. On the Sunday night we were in the Hamlet Bar and...

Very friendly. I have the fish pie there. It was to die for as always. There is quite a good selection on the menu . I went into the Bisstro to eat. I was not a resident of the hotel. I would recommend food to anybody.

Checked out some of the reviews before I went to dine here, ! Particularly the poor ones, and unlike those we found the service to be excellent attentive but not over the top, and sufficient time allowed between courses. We arrived just in time to have the early bird menu which finishes orders at 7:30 pm the range on the...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary which feel over the Easter weekend. We decided to treat ourselves to a delux room and we were very disappointed by what they consider to be a delux room - we paid €520 for 2 nights B&B as compare to our friends who stayed...
