Stayed here on our visit to Kinsale. Convenient, quiet location to pubs and restaurants (walking distance). Wonderful breakfast and coffee but room was small and there was a slight smell of mildew. Host was friendly.

We were welcomed by the owner on arrival. I had booked a twin room as it was all that was available at the time, on arrival Margaret offered us a double room as it was available. She then showed us around the house and where everything is. We then settled into the room. The room was very clean and comfortable....

We were just a 5 minute walk from Kinsale. Martha makes a wonderful breakfast. Rooms were very clean. Most rooms have private baths, but our room did not have a private bath. We used the bath across the hall that was reserved just for us. No problems. Charming little home

Thanks for feeling welcome. Everything was good. The rooms were clean, Air was fresh and breakfast was tasty. The only thing which could be better is the shower's water pressure. Thanks for your tips regarding Kinsale, Kilkenny and the rest of our trip!

This B&B was not easy to reach. Our bedroom was tiny and cold since the central heating was switched off . We were welcomed by a young boy who read a paper to not forget anything but did not say how to switch on the heating. We met the owner for the first time during the breakfast the day after...

We stayed here for one night with another couple. Our hostess, Margaret, was warm and friendly. We arrived early, and she was very hospitable. She provided tea upon arrival. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. The location is good for walking into town. Breakfast was very good. Thanks to Margaret for a lovely stay!

There were 4 of us (2 couples) that stayed here for 2 nights during our first trip to Ireland. This B&B is within a short, 2-5 minute walk, to many of the pubs and restaurants in Kinsale. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Parking is a bit tight if there are more than a few guests staying...

Showed up during the posted timeframe and were shown our room by I guess the owners son who did not appear to understand English. While the room was ok the bathroom was very disappointing. Sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet wa built into a firmer closet. You could now turn around in the shower it was so...

Walkable it the city central, as long as you don't mind a little hike. The water pressure left something to be desired and I guess I used the last of the hot water because my husbands shower was cold. The innkeepers son (I assume that's who the young man was) showed us to our room. We never actually met the...
