I visited this hotel with my mum aunt and cousin on mon 16th to wed 18th january. We arrived to a lovely reception from the staff and stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms with a sea view. It was amazing! Abs everything...the breakfast was freshly cooked in the mornings and the dinner was gorgeous! As for the spa...

Unfortunately I feel the need to give the holyrood a poor review. I stayed there for two nights over the weekend of 13th January 2017. When I reported the fact that my shower didn't work I was advised to run the cold water in the bathroom sink to release the pressure. Needless to say this didn't work. My friend's toilet...

The Holyrood Hotel has been remodelled and revamped and looks fab. The bedlinen, towels etc, the bathroom, bedroom, the facilities are all top class. We stay here on mid-term break and Christmas and Easter and every other chance we get inbetween as the Kids Club is just brilliant. From 10am to 6pm (or beyond if there’s a cinema trip), the...

Hotel is very dated and run down. The staff at the hotel are the only reason I gave it 2 circles as the do the best with what they have got to work with. The beds are very uncomfortable and I was suffering from a bad back all the next day. The food was all pre cooked and reheated when...

We stayed in this hotel this weekend. The hotel needs a overhaul as it's dated and old. The food is basic in the restaurant - not worth the cost. At breakfast - on both mornings- the restaurant had water leaks from the ceiling tiles and lights. On one morning the fire alarm went off at 4am and 8am. Apparently someone...

Myself and my husband and another couple booked into this hotel for a two night break, the hotel was very nice and in a good location for the lovely cliff walks, but unfortunately we booked two standard rooms and our room had only one light bulb working , only one bedside lamp, another lamp on the wall was hanging by...

We were woke out of our sleep to a porter standing at the end of our bed, he ran out of room as we woke. Our teenager was petrified and couldnt sleep the rest of the night. The excuse we got from reception was that he was going to fix our shower at 3am without notifying us! Unsafe especially for children...

Dear Kay16NorthernIreland, once again I am sorry that the night porter mistakenly accessed your room. Further to our conversation I did explain to you the circumstances surrounding this. The door is fitted with a chain to protect the security of our families, which when on prevents any unauthorised entry to occupied guest rooms. Sincerely Audrey Mc Eniff
