We are sorry that you felt compelled to raise so many issues following your overnight stay here. Among these are some which require clarification. When the credit card details were provided as security for the booking you were informed that it would be preauthorised in the full amount of the charge; no money was taken from the account and, on... Nice friendly staff. Good nights sleep. Lovely breakfast . Good banter at bar while having a drink with barman and other guests. Really enjoyed my time there. Haven't stayed at this hotel before but if I'm ever in Bundoran I will.

Brilliantly friendly and cannot do enough to please guests. Food plenty and delightful . Not expensive for what you get. Parking could be tight but even in summer it was not a problem . Close to all Entertainment........dancing , singing and great comedy. I shall return , Deo Valente .

I stayed here for a night with my young adult son completing a to be continued exploration of the Wild Atlantic Way. Fitzgerald's gives the immediate impression of a place intent on high standards. It may have a traditional feel but money has been spent on keeping it well furnished and well kept. Like the rest of the hotel our... More

We arrived late around 10pm on a Tuesday night late summer and this being a quiet time for Bundoran was very relaxed and we were welcomed and shown to our room - a little gesture that I don't remember ever having before in a hotel. A short walk along the shore leads you into the hustle and bustle of the... More

This hotel is spotless and the owners are friendly and helpful. The décor in the bedrooms is probably geared to more mature visitors but the room was very spacious. Breakfast was slow and everything had to be brought out as there is no buffet. As I don't eat most types of hot breakfast, I only got a tiny bowl of... More

Every interaction, from the initial booking by phone until the day I checked out, was a pleasure. A professionally run, friendly, comfortable hotel, I highly recommend this establishment. When I arrived, they went out of their way to accommodate me. Breakfast was delicious and filling - I didn't need to eat again until quite late. I stayed in Bundoran while... More
