Great hotel for a group / family occasion. Lots of hidden spaces to sit and relax. Very helpful friendly staff. Lovely, bright, spacious restaurant overlooking the Moy river. The food was great, service excellent. The rooms, although a bit plain, are clean and comfortable - some street noise at night. Ask for a river view. For families, you can get... More

We stayed here Feb 2015 while staying over for the Dub v Mayo.(Couldnt get anywhere in Castlebar). Rooms were spacious but the corridors were narrow and easily got lost in the hotel. We had breakfast one of the mornings and was very good. Swimming pool is fine although a little small but good to relax in. Price was very reasonable.... More

Stayed 3 nights for a wedding. Nice hotel, clean spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast every morning, Irish fry, cereals, juice etc. Located off main street, walking distance to pubs. Parking provided in underground garage, but if that's full you have to park in public car park down the road.

Situated along the River Moy, this hotel was very pleasant with large rooms and a great staff. The restaurant had good, home made food. It was well located and you could walk anywhere in town. They had a parking garage for their clients and we really loved the hotel.

Myself & my family stayed here at the beginning of December. We requested a family room. We stayed in the "Presidential Suite" where we had three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchenette & a seating area overlooking the river - all for €100 including breakfast! Now, while it was excellent value for money, the rooms are quite dated but comfortable. The... More

Stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding in Ballina. You cant beat the price, we got a great deal booking in advance. The location is also good, right in the middle of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is fine, but its definitely not 4 star as advertised on booking.com and some other sites. It... More

Rooms a little outdated but spotless, very comfortable bed and very warm with lovely views over the River Moy. Staff could not be friendlier and front of house staff very welcoming. Good bar and very good food. We didn't use WIFI so cannot comment. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Very reasonably priced hotel in centre of Ballina. Would definitely stay again.
