This was my second trip to Ireland and arguably the most beautiful place I have stayed. Located on a quiet peninsula where Gaelic is still spoken the location makes you feel as if you are truly in the old country and not on the tourist tract. I was traveling with my mother and 2 year old. The owner Hannah goes... More

Had a great stay at this bed and breakfast. The location is excellent, lots of sights nearby. Nice spacious rooms with an "OK" shower. Breakfast was great as well and the owners are very helpful and friendly.

We, (my 14yo son, 19yo neice and I) recently spent a very happy and comfortable couple of nights in Leim Siar. Hannah couldn't do enough to ensure that we had a very pleasant stay. Hannah's BnB is very clean and comfortable. We slept like logs and Hannah even encouraged us to sleep on in the morning if we needed the... More

Stayed in Leim Siar for 2 nights as my daughter was attending the local Collaiste Uisce. I found the B&B to be clean, fresh, comfortable and perfect for what we required. Hannah was so warm and friendly. Full of great information of what to do in the local area. The breakfast was superb with plenty to choose from. The drive... More

We stayed here at the midpoint of a long, busy (verging on exhausting) tour of Ireland. The house and the room were excellent in every way. The staff were wonderful, and our hostess was a true angel. We were tired and cranky and wet with rain. With some rare magic, Hannah chased the gremlins away and turned the visit from... More

I return annually to this fantastic B&B, & sometimes come back 2 or 3 times a year to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Wonderfully comfortable beds guaranteed to give one a good nights sleep, all en suite and spotlessly clean rooms. Hannah is a fabulous hostess and her breakfasts are superb with an extensive breakfast menu. Nothing... More

Warm welcome with homemade tea and scones followed by an evening with the Celtic Goddess which was unexpected but very enjoyable. Rooms spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast with a good choice. Great location for walking and lovey scenery, Hannah and her staff were very helpful and made us feel at home. Looking forward to a return visit.

Leim Siar is a beautiful B&B on the Wild Atlantic Way and is in a stunning location. If you're looking for the buzz of a large town or city then Blacksod probably isn't for you. But if you want stunning views of a wild working landscape, beautiful beaches and a relaxing peaceful stay then you have to come. The Irish... More

She even prepared a full menus for the day especially for us...far beyond what we expected! Real 5... More

This is the 2nd time we have visited Leim Siar. Hannah and her team made us feel so welcome and were so welcoming. The breakfast is just outstanding - the pancakes melt in your mouth. It is like a home away from home. The area Black Sod is so peaceful and beautiful and the kids loved climbing on the rocks beside... More
