After a 2 night stay here it is safe to say we would NOT recommend this BnB. The so called 'breakfast' we received on 2 occasions was our worst we had in Ireland. The first morning we were not offered ant toast, jams, cereal or even juice. It was overall an hour wait for a boiled egg with hardly any... More

Room dingy, dirty and smelly.Tom seemed to be drunk on our arrival on Friday afternoon. We skipped breakfast and went to a restaurant instead. What made it worse was we had our daughter with us and she had to stay a night in this dump.

After staying in numerous hostels and b&bs, this is by far the worst experience I have had to endure. Upon arrival, we were shown to our room which was damp, bed linen was absolutely disgusting (littered with hair) , towels were stained, carpet dirty, bathroom was unclean/small, no bedside lamps and the cupboards were full of the owners belongings. Only... More

I'm sorry to write this as the hosts seemed lovely, and that's definitely noticeable from the other reviews. Unfortunately I can't base my review on this. Dingle is a lovely place but I would advise everyone to avoid this b & b. The smell of damp is noticeable from the moment you walk in the door. I had the worst... More

Breakfast was the best I had in Ireland. Tom was a great cook and a hilarious server. Veronica is hilarious and people like her is why I wanted to visit Ireland to begin with. Great people. Modest accommodations yet perfectly serviceable. Fun.

Arrived on a Friday for a two night stay to be told they had been over booked, apparently booking.com's fault. We were marched to another property in the town which was very old and tired, creaky uncomfortable beds and a very poor standard of hygiene. Breakfast would be back in the maim B+B in the morning. We were then informed... More

It's not the Ritz then again for the price I wasn't expecting much. Decor and just about everything has been u disturbed for 30 years or more, the host Veronica ...well she is a ....I don't think words can describe her, very entertaining - very accommodating - great for local info ( the good and the bad) and bit of... Looking at the reviews already written, either you love it or you hate it. If you're looking for a sanitised, sterilised ruthlessly efficient time, you may be better off avoiding Ireland altogether, but if you're looking for a comfortable, convenient and frankly amusing stay, then Veronica and Tom will provide that in spades. Of course it isn't exactly what you... More

Stayed at this bed and breakfast for two nights. I can say now if you really wish to experience down to earth Irish hospitality this is it. The rooms are old fashioned and spotless clean. There is no noise. Parking is safe, I could go on forever. The couple who run this b/b are great at engaging with the guests... More
