This was a wonderful stay. Marianne and Tommy were superb hosts. We stayed in the Captain's Room with its own patio and wonderful views. When we were a bit hot the first night Marianne completely changed our bedding and the second night was bliss . From being greeted with coffee and cake through to a great breakfast in their upstairs... More

We had the quaint Captain's Room and our friends the King Room upstairs for two nights in September this year. Were greeted very warmly by Marianne and shown our room off the downstairs hallway through a curtain, as the little self catering apartment was also located on one half of the hallway with it's washroom off this hall. Marianne had... More

We stayed two days in the Captain's Room at the Blooming Wildflower Cottage. The view, overlooking the bay was priceless. Marianne is a gracious and extremely informative host. She knows the out of the way places and also the "must see" attractions. Her breakfast menu is extensive and delicious. I'd recommend the scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, organic yogurt and... We toured all over Ireland, and out of every other place we stayed our entire trip Blooming Wildflower was easily our most favorite!! If we could have stayed our entire trip here, we would have. The room was absolutely gorgeous!! Wonderful location! Excellent views, and walking distance from anything and everything. Breakfast every morning was superb! We truly enjoyed our... More

Our room was smaller than the one pictured online, but it was a lovely place to stay. The bed was very comfortable and the view is beautiful. Marianne and Tommy were very friendly and gave some great tips on things to do in Dingle and helped with driving directions for the next leg of the trip. They even made a... More

I must say this was the most uncomfortable stay in a hotel or b&b i have ever had. firstly myself and my partner chose this particular b&b for its beautiful and peaceful location and we wanted a quiet, peaceful weekend away, and we chose the captains room for its advertised PRIVATE deck. On arrival at the b&b the landlady greeted... More

When we chose the B & B which we found online, we decided on it due to its first impression of being very quaint and beautifully decorated. Also the "Captains Room" was nicely advertised with private deck with sea view. It was our fist trip for a weekend together and all we wanted was peace, romantic surroundings and a deck... More

We have stayed here twice and will go back again as soon as we can. Quiet, relaxing and homey. Tommy and Marianne are like family, welcoming us with a basket of food to get started in the apartment. It's small, but perfect as a base to go walking or driving around the Dingle Peninsula.

The views from this beautiful cottage overlooking the water, were more than enough to deter us from the negative comments. They couldn't be further from the truth! Marianne and Tommy are so sweet and genuinely love company! The breakfasts were simply amazing. They're cottage is so cozy, we felt right at home! (Not to mention the yummy scones and jam... More
