A lovely B+B/hotel about 5 minutes walk into Dingle centre, with lovely views over the mountains and bay. The room was wonderful and impeccably clean, the owners have great local knowledge and will help with any information you need for walks, restaurant bookings etc! And of course the breakfast is to die for! Cant recommend it enough!

My wife and I had intended to visit this celebrated establishment for some time and when the opportunity of a business meeting in the vicinity presented itself, we availed of the opportunity to do just that! Our one night stay was flawless from the moment of arrival to our departure and highlights were the absolutely spotless condition of the bedroom...

We just returned from a fabulous 10 day Ireland trip. I confess that while I use tripadvisor often, I have never written a review. This time I just had to. Staying at the Castlewood House was the highlight of our trip. Everything was just perfect. Brian and Helen were warm and so welcoming, offering all kinds of suggestions and tips...

This is absolutely the best small hotel we have stayed in across Europe! Beautiful homey, comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. Rooms are large and luxurious with everything you could need and beautiful bathrooms. Brian and Helen make you feel like you are staying with old friends. Love this place! We wished we had more time there and will definitely go back...

Castlewood House is one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed in. From the moment you get handed a glass at bubbly until a sad farewell when you leave, everything was perfect. The common areas are beautiful. I felt so relaxed, comfortable and spoilt for the three days that we stayed. We were greeted by Helen who really...

I honestly didn't expect the level of service we received. We're from the US and for the experience we received here, we would have to have paid well above 350 per night! The rooms were gorgeous. The Host and Hostess, Brian and Helen, were some of the friendliest people we've met on our travels. The town was great! We got...

Castlewood House is located a short walk from the center of Dingle and overlooks the Dingle Harbor. The entire facility is elegantly furnished and well appointed. Our room and bathroom were very clean, comfortable, quiet; we felt almost as if we were in our own home. The reception area is beautiful and complete with a fireplace and afternoon tea and...

The facilities and the people were wonderful. The guesthouse is immaculate and charming. Helen describes herself as a shopper and she and Brian have decorated with antiques, but the feel is modern comfort. At least some of the antiques are for sale if you fall in love. The bathrooms are large and feel new and bright. The rooms are attractive,The...

We visited Ireland in May 2015 and were lucky enough to stay at Castlewood for two nights during our visit. We are going back in March 2017 and this was the first place we booked to stay. We were immediately impressed driving up to the property. The house overlooks the water and we had booked a junior suite on the...
