Tried here after being recommended by a friend. Overall disappointed with experience. Food was overpriced for what we got and service was only ok. Chicken pesto pasta was €17 ( with no veg, small amount of chicken and no pesto) 2 of the party had to wait for potato and veg to go with their steak and 1 of the... More

We walked the Dingle Way and An Bothar had everything we could ask for: it is located along the trail, there is a pub in the same building and our room was spacious and nicely decorated. Moreover, the view was grand: the sea, the hills and sheep.

Large room - nice bed and bathroom - Very important : the owners let us feel so welcome. Bar and restaurant with lovely cuisine. If we had known An Bothar Guesthouse before our arrival in Dingle we would have made it definitely our number 1 in the Dingle Peninsula.

Our last day hiking on the Dingle Way in rain that had soaked us to the bone led us to the front door of An Bother. The owner, Maurice, greeted us with warmth&friendliness, took our wet shoes and jackets to be dried and showed us to our beautiful rooms. The bathrooms were spacious, plenty of hot water and very clean.... More

I did not sleep there, so I cannot give information about this, I arrived there after a night in my tent under a night storm, I did not manage to reach the Pub for the night :) I was the only one a this period and, seeing me wet like this the man (I don't remember his name) welcomed me... More

It's about 10 minutes drive from Dingle's city centre. It's a small scenic drive with beautiful mountains. The B&B has the most amazing view. It's large, clean and spacious. The family that runs it are friendly and very kind. The bar attached is great. All the tourists and locals were able to sit, drink and have a dance together. Would... More

Arrived on Friday around lunch time with 3 family members for our weekend stay, we were checked in by a polite young girl. I left my bags in the room which was very nice and left as we had plans for the day. Got back late evening showered and decided to head to the bar downstairs it was around 10:30pm..... More

Stayed as a couple with two other parties of friends. Friday and Saturday. They mixed the rooms up on arrival, We were out all dat Friday and arrived back at 10.00pm. We received a warm welcome from Aileen and introduction to the house before being shown to our rooms. It had been a long day's effort on the Dingle Way so the girls were delighted to see a generously-sized tub gracing each of the splendid rooms. (Our room gave a terrific view of Mt. Brandon.) The guys checked out the pub... More
