After a pretty long drive, we were delighted to arrive at Kenmare House. The rooms were really nice, and we were pleased that there was a high chair available. Breakfast was amazing - - everything was very fresh, and our first scrambled eggs and salmon. It was an easy and delightful walk down a walking trail (where we passed pasture... More

We loved our stay at The Kenmare House. From our arrival, we were greeted by wonderful hosts who run their home like a 5 star hotel. The rooms were huge and immaculate and the location, though a few minutes walk to town, cannot be beat. We enjoyed breakfast and had a chance to chat with the owners to gather some... More

We stayed at Kenmare House for one night during our travels through Ireland. There were 8 of us and the huge rooms were very clean and comfortable. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect with just a nice, short walk into Kenmare Town. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!!

Great Location to walk to town for dinner and explore town. My room was perfect, loved the private parking and the breakfast was delicious. Hosts Dan & Fionnuala are very friendly, helpful and warmly answered all my questions and shared tips of where to go. I highly recommend this B&B

We had the good fortune to stay overnight in this gem of a guesthouse. Everything about our short stay was first class, from arrival to departure our hostess could not have been more helpful. Bed was queen size and very comfortable, breakfast perfect. Got great advice to visit Gleninchquin Park when we were leaving, thank you so much for that,... More

Lovely home with great accommodations at the tip of the Ring of Kerry. Town of Kenmare is a quaint town with great restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with travel tips. I definitely recommend to stay with the O''Sullivans.

My friend and I stayed with the O'Sullivan family at their beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The house is just on the outskirts of town and sits in the picturesque Irish countryside. We walked into town for a delicious meal and traditional Irish music. This B and B is conveniently located to the activities in the Ring of Kerry and National... More

We stayed two nights here on our whirlwind tour of Ireland, which meant we got to enjoy Fionnuala's excellent brown breads twice! When we arrived, Danny greeted us and asked about our plans. When we mentioned that we were tired of sitting in cars and planes and really wanted to get out and hike, he suggested Gleninchaquin Park which turned... More

We stayed for two nights at Kenmare House, and we were delighted! We were on our first ever visit to Ireland, and had way too many things planned. Wish we could have stayed another day. The breakfasts were excellent, the room was comfortable, and best of all, we got really great advice from Denny for a day hike that we... More

This reminded us of a 1950's boarding house! On check in we were presented with printed breakfast options to be completed and left on the desk that evening. The options were quite proscriptive - fruit OR egg and bacon OR egg and sausage, etc.I asked if we could combine 2 options, but was told "people don't"! The lounge was a... More
