My family and I stayed in Brook Lane the night before my brothers wedding. We were made felt at home from the minute we arrived until the time we departed. Siobhaun and Una looked after us so well, helped iron shirts, arrange flowers, and had us all looking spot on for the big da

Not only is the hotel good quality but the level of service is first class. We booked direct with the hotel which we would recommend. The staff were all really helpful from checking in, eating in the restuarant to checking out. The food is great as well.

is your hotel air conditioned?
I'm not sure but I will say that we don't get the extremes of temperatures that you get in Florida. Air conditioning is not something that is common in Ireland. Enjoy your trip when ever you visit and make sure you walk Derrynane beach which is about 25 mins drive from Kenmare

just wondering if there is easy access to town centre from the Hotel, ie walking distance?
Yes you can walk into Kenmare very easily. There is a wide path from the hotel into town that keeps you from having to walk on the street. It is well lit after dark. It isn't a long walk about five blocks guessing. We walked to town every day.
