Just perfect from start to finish. This was our first glamping experience and we loved every minute. The attention to detail is second to none. Real beds, beautiful fluffy duvets, hot water bottles for the chillier evenings. Spa quality toiletries and a breakfast hamper delivered to the door. We ate at The Boathouse and it was gorgeous. If you want... More

We arrived a few minutes late for our glam camping check in and there was no one around anywhere, with a phone number to call listed on the door. I did not have a SIM card for Ireland so I ended up climbing over the fence to a neighboring house and he helped me call. I had to check in... More

We are so sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. The reception closes at 8pm and we did try to call you but to no avail. It was a shame you arrived so late and not get to use all the facilities in a relaxed manner. There are night toilets right beside the tents which are more convenient... More

I stayed here for one night in a tent with my cousin. Glamping at its best . We were sorry we didn't stay for two nights but they were fully booked and I can understand why. The tents are very warm and cosy with a double bed two night stands, two chairs and a wardrobe. There is a verandah with... More

My wife booked a one night stay on Saturday last for Father's Day for us and our 6 year old son. What an amazing place. We booked a family tent. The setting is second to none, the facilities without fault, and the tents are - to say the least - luxurious. We were going to book the boathouse for dinner... More

My husband, six year old son and I went glamping for one night on Sunday last. We booked a family tent along with another family, also their first time. We all cannot wait to go back! The setting is stunning, the facilities are immaculately presented and well maintained. There is a small but fun playground, a swing in the tree,... More

Many thanks for your very nice review. We are delighted you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your comment regarding the Nespresso machine. We have it on our "Good Ideas" list. The BBQ Pavilion, that we built this year, is proving a great success. It seems to be party central especially with the pit fire lit. With best wishes and thanks... More

As first time glampers we decided on Drumquinna to celebrate our 2nd wedding anniversary as a family. From booking to checkout everything exceeded our expectations. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Tents were spectacular, very clean, spacious, suitably far enough apart from each other yet all had marvellous views of Kenmare Bay. Our 3 respective kids were highly impressed. My... More

I had heard a lot about Dromquinna before I went there, and ALL of it was good reports. As such, my expectations of the place were very high.
