Just had a wonderful relaxing stay at this charming B and B. Very hospitable friendly host with all clean modern amenities. A very well stocked tea tray which was a nice surprise. Good travel distance from York (car). The train station is a 2-minute walk! Vegetarians catered for at breakfast. Highly recommended.

Stayed here as part of a trip to York and wanted good value accommodation allowing you to go in to York by train. The owner was very welcoming and the B&B was both well presented and very clean. As this is a converted farm house some of the rooms were query. The one I stayed in was just big enough... More

I stayed at Station Farm for two weeks whilst working in the local area, and had a very pleasant time there. The house is situated in the quiet village of Church Fenton, just a few minutes walk from the train station which takes you into either York or Leeds. The double room I stayed in was very comfortable and always... More

Four of us stayed over night ready for an early get away to the nearby wedding location the following morning. Met by our wonderful host this is a lovely old property with history. Rooms were fine and our cooked to order breakfast was excellent. Overall a great stay and if in the area again we will try to stay here.

Excellent overnight stay on our way to York Races. The house is fabulously designed and cleanliness is of a very high standard. Jackie was very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had a family room with lots of space and the shower room was just right for our stay. Breakfast was first class and can be personalised to... More

Stopped over for one night while cycling to York. Spotless room and a great breakfast. Secure gararge to keep my bike. Indian restaurant just along the road at the railway station is very handy for an evening meal.

I stayed at StationFarm Guest House while on business in the area. Jackie was very accommodating and helpful. The B&B is very clean and there are all mod cons available. The village is lovely. There's a good pub just a few minutes' walk down the road and a good curry house is even closer.

Just come back from Station Farm Guest House, we, a family of 3, and elderly parents, couldn't fault our stay. Jackie, the owner, couldn't have been any more accommodating. Our rooms were immaculate, comfy, clean. It felt like home from home. My family had a cooked breakfast which was delicious. We went to The White Horse just down the road... More

This the cleanest place you will ever stay in. Emaculate and the lady who owns the guest house makes you very welcome. Room is beautiful and the bed very comfortable and sleep was not an issue. Train station very very close but not bothered by any noise. Only issue for me was I like a bigger sink as this was... More
