We stayed here due to a work Christmas Party being at Luna Park. The hotel offers a special event rate and it was close to where we needed to be. The hotel is located close to train and ferry stations making it easy to get...More
Not all that familiar with Sydney as we were only staying one night, but the hotel seemed like a good location. Rooms were very tidy. We had a great nights sleep on the bed - so comfy! Wish we were staying in Sydney longer. If...More
Comparing to other restaurants and even to the Hilton in Melbourne, the drinks in the hotel were really expensive. The view was really nice from the room, especially if you are in one of the closest ones to the elevators. We also had dinner one...More
A great alternative to staying in the Sydney CBD. Significantly cheaper ($150-$200) than the hotels in the CBD. A 10 minute taxi (approx $20) to both the Opera House and Sydney entertainment centre. Amazing view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling harbour and harbour itself....More

5th floor room I stayed in had great view over lavender bay and the bridge. I didn’t notice the train noise. As long as the windows are closed properly it is not disturbing. The view from the breakfast room is also superb.

Check-In was at (2pm) when we stayed there in October. We arrived in Sydney (SYD) around 7:30am, took a taxi to the hotel, left our luggage with the hotel, and then took a taxi to downtown Sydney (Circular Quay, Oprah House, and the Rocks).
We then took a taxi back to the hotel at 2pm to check into our room, just in time to take a shower and crash out after our 16 hour flight from DFW.
Recommend checking with the hotel to see if your type of room might be available for early check-in that day.
