A damp hovel and stale ale much in keeping with the horrid landlords attitude not only to customers, but people in general. How the hell he has the audacity to run a B&B/Pub and get away with it is beyond me. Rooms are in the outhouses, formerly sheds and still not so far from a shed after the botched DIY...

Stayed here for a couple of nights [4th & 5th October]. Central location. Warm comfortable room set in a courtyard. Small quiet terrace area to sit and relax in. Nice pub to have a drink in before retiring with an excellent breakfast to set the day off. Will most certainly stay again.

we were going into Harrogate for the day and night so used this as a base. We had 2 x double rooms which were £60 B&B each which was very good value. Room did have damp smell when we arrived but they are clean and bathroom/shower was ok as well. We actually got back for last orders on the Sat...

We booked this a week before we arrived and from the reviews it seemed ok. However, on arrival we found it, the owner rather than welcome us, demanded to know when we booked, then disappeared and we had to collect the key from a customer in the pub after we parked our car. The room itself was in the Stables...

Not deserving of a rating!!!!! Booked this B&B over the phone for a 2 night stay as we were attending the races in Ripon the next day. Whilst travelling from Birmingham we thought we'd let the proprietors know what time we would be arriving only to be told they had double booked our room with 2 men. The only available...

We're regulars at The White Horse, having discovered it more than ten years ago and returning typically once, sometimes twice, each year. David and Jo and their staff welcomed us from the first first as though we were friends, not just customers. The associated pub is where breakfast is served - the best English Breakfasts we've had anywhere in over...

I found this B&B on my Laterooms app and as I was in need of a room I booked it. I arrived to find the car park crammed with cars so I parked nearby and went in. The bar girl saw to my booking and she took me out to the courtyard where my room was. She also said that...

The rooms were spacious, clean and in a separate building away from the pub. I think they would have been a courtyard of stables at one time, but nicely converted with outdoor seating and parking. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again.

We stayed in one of the converted stables. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were brilliant. Great central location and surprisingly not noisy considering it's attached to the pub. Only disappointing thing was a lack of water pressure in the shower.
