We happened on this delightful B&B in Chesterfield when attending a wedding and needed a warm winter welcome. Our arrival was accommodated by access to our room early in the day as we needed an early start to the wedding we were attending. Delicious cooked breakfast. You would be hard pushed to find a better B&B. Exemplary service. Outstanding in...

I am a nursing student and was on placement in Chesterfield. I had no prior knowledge of the area, but Martin and Lisa were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. They were extremely friendly, which made me feel at home right away. They were very accommodating to any requests and the room was cosy with all the amenities....

I first stayed here for a couple of nights in September to attend an interview. I booked at the last minute as I had short notice of the interview and was driving around Scotland. Martin and Lisa could not have been more hospitable! Helped me with an iron and told me a bit about the workplace I was interviewing for....

I want to say thank you to Martin & Lisa for making me very welcome in their beautiful house, and accommodating my partner overnight as she travelled a long distance onwards the next day, it is a beautiful place. The rooms are lovely, modern and spotlessly clean, being serviced impeccably every day. With having a spinal condition I was hoping...

Stayed here at very short notice and grabbed the last room available for 2 nights midweek. A great place - clean, warm, spacious room. Well appointed and good quality furnishings - as far from many people's opinion of a B&B as you may imagine. Great breakfast too and a friendly owner. Price was competitive and well worth it. I will...

We stayed in the Anis Louise for a short mid week break as we wanted to visit Chatsworth and the Hardwick Halls as well as the Peak District. It’s very well positioned for all of this plus all the pubs and restaurants of Chesterfield are within walking distance for the evening. Importantly they also have a car park so you...

I stayed for 3 nights in November and it was a pleasurable experience. My room was spotless and the staff were very warm and friendly. The breakfast had a range of options and was delicious. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Chesterfield and will be returning.

Fab breakfasts with attention to detail important. Quiet nights sleep with comfy bed. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Very warm welcome on our arrival from Martin and Lisa. Beautiful accommodation, excellent food. We cannot speak too highly of the service and friendship we received. The best b and b we have ever stayed in. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We will be back Mr & Mrs Anderson
