We were delayed and arrived near to midnight but contacted Colin and Trisha, they waited up for us and quickly got us settled in the room. Fresh milk in the fridge (not UHT) for a proper cup of tea. We stayed in the down stairs room with our own front door very useful for getting the luggage in/out and loading... More

Unusually, this isn't a review about the property itself, but simply about the fantastic "customer service". For family reasons entirely beyond control, my wife and I had to cancel a trip at only a day's notice. I called Trish to explain and to pay for the two nights booked as I thought it's completely unfair to cancel a B&B at... More

Another stay at Home Farm. Lovely warm welcome from Trisha, very comfortable and cosy room. Excellent freshly cooked breakfasts. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home again, we will be back.

A fabulous stay at Home Farm with a warm welcome on arrival with tea and home made cake - a very nice touch - Thank you Trish. We stayed in a large family room with views over the country side. The room had the luxury of a huge en suite with both a bath and separate shower and the thoughtful... More

What a wonderful place to stay! I am used to staying in hotels on a far too regular basis, where many seem pretty much the same, often crammed into a small impersonal box, so how refreshing to stay on a working farm with a huge room and a friendly welcome of tea and lemon drizzle cake on my arrival, which... We have just spent 2 nights at home farm. Trish and Colin were very friendly and welcoming with tea and cake on arrival. Lovely location, room and breakfast. Ideal location for visiting Bath, Longleat and Stonehenge.

Decided to book bed and breakfast for two days so that we could visit longleat safari park and spend a whole day there prior to going to center parcs. We had an excellent stay and Trish made us feel very welcome (grandparents, children and grandchildren). Food and accomodation excellent and very warm welcome with good advice about local pubs for... We planned to arrive at 5 pm, but were delayed and got to Warminster at 10pm. Trish has stayed up to wait for us and greated up with a nice cup of tea - just what you want after a long drive! The location is quiet and peaceful. Conveniently close to Bath, Stonehenge, Cotswolds... Trish gave us some really good... More

This was one of the best B&Bs that I have stayed in. A lovely location, fabulous room, and super breakfast. Tricia was friendly and welcoming, and it was excellent value for money. What more could you want? - Oh yes, mum and baby deer in the field next door whilst having breakfast!

Home Farm is in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Warminster. The lady who runs it is very friendly, helpful and efficient. We had a very nice, comfortable room and a great breakfast. The full English is cooked to order with great ingredients. Would definitely recommend it.
