Hotel is in stunning grounds, set by lakes and ponds front & back, - beautiful! We booked an upgraded room and was quite disappointed for £130, 4'6" bed was too small, do hotels still have these? its along time since we slept in one and we spend about 75 nights away per year! bed was lumpy and uncomfy, only had... My daughter and I were guests at a wedding held at Arrow Mill. Looking at the website we both thought that this would be a lovely venue and were looking forward to a first class stay. How wrong could we have been! We arrived at 9.30 in the evening after a two hour journey and had to look around for... More

This is the perfect place for a summer wedding – in fact, my stepson Carl and our daughter-in-law Carrie were married here on a perfect English summer’s day in July, 2009. We (but mostly my husband, Roy) have stayed here many times since then; it’s conveniently close to his mum’s home in Alcester. We come not so much for the... More

The evening meals, breakfasts, setting and staff were brilliant at this hotel. The only things that I could fault them on was no tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms which is most unusual these days and the bathrooms and plumbing let the rest of the hotel down.

Brilliant staff, wedding was beautiful here. Rooms were lovely. The bathroom was my favourite part, the shower was so modern. Bed was comfy. View looking out over the grounds which was nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing as mine came out a lot later than my partners so he was finished by the time I ate mine and the full... More

It's a lovely little place with a great country location and a great view out of our window, the old water mill inside is displayed very well and it's nice to see they have kept the history of the building for all to see. The staff where very helpful and friendly, the food we had was really nice. Bad points... More

We were very fortunate to find this gem, right next to Ragley Hall, where we were attending a food festival. The owners and staff went way beyond the call of duty, lending us freezer space for our desserts, and space for our travel freezers downstairs, nothing was a problem and the dinner we had on saturday night was completely delicious.... My Wife and I stayed overnight and we pleasantly surprised. The refurbished old Mill has been done to an excellent standard. The staff were friendly and more than accommodating. The rooms were spotless and although we are used to a king size bed the double bed was very comfortable.

20 years ago this used to be our favourite Sunday lunch spot - sitting in the conservatory restaurant overlooking the mill pool. A trip down memory lane brought us back - and the Arrow Mill delivered. Superb meal (we were 4 people), home cured salmon - fantastic, and lamb loin, perfectly cooked. Service - attentive and obliging. Inquiring about "goat... More

A truly excellent meal one of the best Sunday lunches we have ever indulged in. We went in early March just after heavy rainfall and apparently the cellar had flooded. That didn’t deter Simon or his staff from producing classic, well prepared food and served piping hot. This place should be packed full of discerning diners because the food is... More
