Just love this hotel, the staff, the food and the ambience, we love it. We stayed here recently but this time we came up to Portrush for the day with our nephew and just had to stop for lunch. The Carvery is no doubt the best in the area, but my nephew (being a teenager)

Having used the Lodge for meals and having always enjoyed them and being our first choice over other places when up in Coleraine I feel that a better meal could be had in other close to hand places like McDonalds !. When I say we used this place a lot over the years I mean a lot

Hi Steve95, I am sorry to read you did not enjoy your lunch on your last visit and have decided not to return. This is somewhat disappointing given the number of good meals you have had previously. It is unfortunate you did not mention this to our manager (like you said) at the time, as it would have given them the opportunity to address and hopefully resolve going forward. I can only apologise on this occasion, and hope you understand that our prices may be somewhat higher than said other, but unfortunately so are our overheads. If you would like to discuss this further to reassure you that we take our customer feedback seriously please give us a call on 028 7034 4848.

Thank you for your review. I am delighted you enjoyed your dining experiences and found our staff helpful and friendly. Next time you visit, ask front desk if there is a room available with a walk in shower and they will do their best to accommodate you. We are planning to add more walk in showers to our rooms so your feedback regarding this is greatly appreciated. We look forward to welcoming you again in the future.

Hi there, Unfortunately we used to do afternoon tea, but stopped as it was not paying for itself. But we can still organise it for groups of 12 or more and the cost is £13.95 per person. I hope this helps. Thank you Norma

Hi there, Not sure who you are or if you have already booked. Can you give us a call to discuss all of above or more information please. Currently the executive suite is booked for the next 3 nights but I am not sure if it is you that has it held. Thanks Norma

Hi there ...is your honeymoon suite one of your pet friendly rooms?
Unfortunately this one is not Dog Friendly but we have a couple of other rooms which have their own patios for dogs. Thanks Norma

Hi there, The annex rooms are nice spacious rooms and would be quieter all round. However if you were coming midweek our executive room in the main hotel is a lovely room to book for a special treat, but is more expensive.
