Tim and Samantha (Sam) are the best! From being instantly responsive to emails and heading us to a great open grill restaurant The Harbour Bar to taking nearly 2 hours to help us find accommodations the following night as we wanted to be in Belfast a night earlier than planned and could not find any reasonably priced place. Their suggestion...

I found this to be a lovely little B&B. We stayed for one night and I want to return to this area in the future. The rooms are NOT very modern, but the are clean and comfortable. The view makes up for the 80s decor. Sitting and watching the sun set while having a cup a tea was relaxing. Breakfast...

Hmmm, I'm rather wary of getting a tongue-lashing from Sam (given her responses to other negative reviews on here) but here goes. This place was fine. We stayed here one night as the B & B we did want was full. The bed was reasonably comfy, the room (no 10, at the top) was spotlessly clean and had a great...

Another visit to Portrush means staying at HH? Tim and Sam were as welcoming as usual and always happy to see first timers or repeat offenders. The wifi worked fine in room 2, coming from Florida I prefer my room cool so had no need for the heat to be on. As with all shower cubicles in the UK, at...

This March my family and I took a vacation to visit England and Northern Ireland for 10 days over St. Patricks Day. We had a great time and the trip was a wonderful experience overall. During our trip we stayed at 4 different B&B’s/hotels. We chose our accommodations based on various travel books and trip advisor ratings. We noticed Harbour...

Tim and Sam are awesome! They are very welcoming and are fun to get to talk with. We only got to stay one night here, we wish we could have stayed more. The B&B is very nice and in a great location. It is very clean and has a warm feeling. Our daughter had a blast here. Highly recommend this...

My Husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Heights. Location wise is perfect, 5 min walk from the Harrbour / Ramore Restaurant complex and 5 mins from main st Portrush. So no matter where in Portrush you chose to eat you don't have to worry about getting back no matter what the weather. Room was lovely proper shower,...

Stayed in the off season, October. Parking in front of the B&B on the street. I had a bay window overlooking the harbor on the 2nd floor. Stay on the street rooms for great views. 3 story building. Good climb for older people. Their cat will take over your room if you leave the door open. Really sweet cat. Sam...

Comfortable, welcoming, and friendly. Sam and Tim run a great guesthouse right on the seafront overlooking the beach and harbour in Portrush. They really go the extra mile to make sure your stay is both enjoyable and memorable. You really feel like part of the family. The views from the bedrooms are just splendid whatever the weather, and the hearty...

The location of Harbour Heights [HH] is superb, looking over the harbour and the west strand (Portrush has also a much longer east strand). Do not be put off by the rather austere outside: inside it is attractively decorated and all public rooms, stairways and bedrooms contain examples of the splendidly varied art/photographic work of co-owner, Tim. He is a...
