We had a great family holiday the week after Easter. The room was very spacious, clean and there was a separate room for the children. The whole place from the stables with horses, a little playground and the peacocks walking around was amazing. Really enjoyed our holiday. A special thanks to Karen who was an excellent host.

We stayed in one of the cottages, which had amazing views over the countryside to Port Rush and the sea. The cottage was very cosy and homely, and were fairly well equipped. The gardens were perfect for young children, with lots of space and a great playground. Will definitely be coming back.

Karen's hospitality is amazing! So much to do for kids and the games room was fantastic. Close to everything we wanted to see and very cosy cottages. Weather wasn't that kind but thankfully so much to keep us busy. Next time I must have a riding lesson. Can't wait for our next stay!

This is a great B&B in a great setting and location (only a short trip to all three surrounding towns whilst having the benefit of the countryside). The B&B itself is really warm and inviting with lots of antiques and articles which show its vast family run history. The rooms are really clean and comfortable and the selection for breakfast...

Second stay at Maddybenny recently and it was even better than the first time, so much so that I had to leave a review. Karen is very welcoming and always on hand to help us with whatever we need. The kids absolutely love the horse riding and the instructors were all very helpful. They also love the ducks, geese, peacocks...

Stayed in one of the cottages. First impressions that it looked ok. How wrong could i have been? In desperate need of industrial cleaners attention. I couldn't believe how much dust/cobwebs there was behind the bed. The dirty pillows stained brown. On the positive side it was warm. My complaint seemed to be met with indifference.

We have stayed in the 4* self catering cottages, and both 5* cottages. After just being back for the 3rd time to the place i cannot comment highly enough. All the cottages are fantastic. Karen has the place run really well and set up really well. You easily get far far more than what you pay for and for a...
