We booked this hotel some nine months ago for three rooms and got there to find all three rooms overlook scaffolding and builders so you have to keep the blinds closed all day and first thing in the morning Bob the builders start banging, so its time to get up. Good location just outside Belfast, convenient for the train station to park and ride into the city as we were told parking would be expensive and can be traffic delays in the city. 25 minutes on the train and your in the city centre. Carrickfergus is a lovely place, nice harbour and the castle to visit too.

Me my fiance and 3 kiddies went on 21-08-16 it was that good we came home and booked for a later date 😁 we all loved it highly recommend. So cheap and the food was gorgeous. Can't wait to go back , bring on November

Excellent location just outside Belfast on the coast, 20 mins on train to Belfast and right on the Antrim coast routeway. Hotel is next to the harbour overlooking the sea and two mins walk from the castle which was pleasant surprise and well worth visiting. The facilities here were excellent, from the amazingly comfortable bedding to the shower and bath. The view from the room was beautiful, with sights of the lough. I highly reccomebd this and all premier inn hotels, as ttey are all exceptional.

Location was amazing but the room was way too hot had no Aircon. Plus it had building works going on . the staff were amazing and the brewers fayre attached to the hotel was very child friendly with a play area.

great customer friendly service, l issue with sleep hotel hotel.having some building work due to high wind scaffold rattling outside window. ( not hotel or staff fault) Reported and sorted great customer service.

Great location next to marina and opposite castle, typical premier inn, comfortable bed, air con and an opening window. Didnt stay for breakfast as had early flight from Belfast city airport which was only 30 mins away,

Stayed here for 2 nights in july while dilaria festival in glenarm with my family and 2 cousins with there families. The hitel was fantastic for our trip.
