This hotel is a bit tired looking but perfectly adequate for a one night stop. It is an old Premier Inn hotel (or similar) as are all the Redwi godges I believe which has become a bit neglected but is fine for an overnight stay. The rooms are clean, breakfast is basic but adequate, dogs are welcomed and there is...

Nice reasonably priced stopover hotel for business or trades people on a budget. The staff are nice and friendly there is a snooker room and a small bar. Food is limited but there is access to a microwave. There is also a continental breakfast provided in the morning. The rooms are nice and warm with small shower room It was...

well stayed here for a few nights, got to say beds where comfortable and clean. But windows would not open and the sill had rotted off, and double glazing was cloudy with moisture. Very small bar, had a good selection. No food but Indian restaurant within the area and fuel station. the place is an old Travel lodge which has...

I stayed here as a single lady and whilst I was perfectly safe during my stay I would not have booked if I had known the location. Which is next to a petrol station on a quiet isolated road. That said the staff were great and the room functional if rather tired and a bit tatty.

Location wise there's really not a lot near the hotel, other than the Indian restaurant opposite, so you'll need a car, but if this isn't an issue and you're looking for an affordable yet comfortable bed for the night then this place is actually alright. Given the very low cost I wasn't expecting much but after a two night stay...

arrived to find a group of people smoking outside main entrance whom we had to ask to get out of the way so we could get in. stood at reception for a good 3mins before we had to loudly attract the attention of receptionist who was 2 foot in front of us with head down ignoring our presence even though...

Stopped for a night to break the journey and get an early start the next day. Easy to find and set back from the A1 so the road noise is ok for a services type motel. Comfortable bed meant a hood nights sleep. Cheap and convenient with a bar which is unusual and welcome. Indian restaurant on the same complex...

I stayed here for two nights with a work colleague, we arrived at 19;00 the receptionist was friendly. We asked for extra pillows but none were available, strange that a hotel has no spare pillows, but it was remedied by a trip to Tesco to buy some. The room lacked sockets as we only had a double socket to work...

Good Afternoon Antonette. Thank you for leaving your review. I'm sorry that your bathroom wasn't up to our or your standard. All of our hotel rooms go through a deep cleaning cycle and I will ensure that this is looked into immediately. I will look into your comment regarding the pillows, as we should have more than enough.

I booked for two nights as the hotel was convenient for the Nene Valley Railway (its 15 miles, but a straight and fast road between the two), and it was much cheaper than anywhere else! The room was warm, spacious enough, and had everything in it I wanted. There was even a complimentary breakfast (this is only available at weekends)....

I have often paid higher prices for hotels offering less. This is a decent budget hotel. The room was slightly shabby, but clean and tidy. Bed very clean and comfortable. Reception staff welcome and helpful. Breakfast buffet rather basic, but still OK. Large free car park and free Wi-Fi.
