Having booked in advance and travelled up from Oxfordshire after having an excellant night in another Hotel this was a huge disappointment.
The owner wasn't there and couldn't be contacted, so the welcome was left to an employee who didn't have all the details.
Wasn't impressed at all, service was poor, food was poor, room was way over priced.
