From the warmth of the welcome at check in through to a sumptuous and tasty breakfast and a wonderful and great value family dinner in the bar, we experienced great service and a genuinely relaxing time. The room had plenty of space and everything we needed...

Although the rooms are corporately furnished, they are spacious (for one especially) comfortable and well equipped. The general public spaces, including the spacious bar, are attractive and popular. What particularly distinguishes this hotel are the staff: from reception to...

I have stayed at Canal Court this year about 8 times or so, always as a business traveler, and checking in in the middle of the night. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and have great beds. Each member of staff that I encountered has been friendly and warm, even at 4am. I cant comment on the food, as I...

Having stayed here previously on a family stay, I had high hopes of this stay. We upgraded to the ambassador suite for £30 extra. Room was fab - good size & lovely bathroom with range of bathing products to choose from. We had the Sunday carvery for dinner for £10. Quite tasty although the setting felt a bit like queuing...
