We visited Paros on 3 July 2020, and stayed at Quartano for 3 nights. We arrived late afternoon and the scenery was lovely. The hotel is new and this reflects to all its premises. Rooms are VERY clean and well decorated. Beds are extremely cossy and comfortable. The owner as well as the stuff were very polite and friendly and always tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. You can see the staff cleaning literaly all day long, without of course disturbing at any time the residents. The location of the hotel is only a 5-minutes walk from the port were the majority of the traditional taverns and restaurants are locate making it an exellent choice if you don't want to rent a car.
I would definetely recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious modern hotel very close to the centre of Naousa.

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. The family who runs the hotel was extremely welcoming and accommodating to us. The room was ready when we arrived early, they were very helpful with providing transportation when we traveled outside of Naousa, and they even brought breakfast directly to our room each morning (we were able to order it the night before and it came EXACTLY when we requested it for!). They even brought my friend a little cake with a candle for her birthday one morning. Aside from the impeccable staff, the place is absolutely gorgeous and the location is perfect walking distance to the town. It felt more like how you imagine “Greece” as a tourist than any place in Mykonos. Cannot wait to return!

We had booked 2 rooms through Expedia from 3 to 7 Aug. Our feedback This property has charged us Euro 2,424 for 4 nights. Their website is deceptive. The road to the property is not metaled. The wash basin is in the bedroom so when you go the bathroom, you come to the bedroom to wash your hands. It is a small freestanding hotel with no sea view. Basic facilities for a Euro 600 per night hotel - there is no laundry, no way to communicate to the reception. The guest after getting fed up moved out after 1 night and are asking for a refund.
Room 2 The hotel asked me to cancel and asked me to book directly with them, as they would provide breakfast and upgrade the guest. The hotel for which we paid Euro 600 per night is deceiving the guests with zero facilities. The guest has left after 1 night and would like a refund.
The management is unresponsive and we have been cheated of Euro 4,800. The pictures that you see are deceptive. The pool is extremely tiny, the rooms are nothing like you see in the pictures.

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. First of all, the rooms are extremely small and you literally have zero privacy in fact to not let people see you, you always have to keeps the blinds shut. In the rooms there is no safe, no phone and no wardrobe/closet, they are extremely noisy at the point where it’s almost like sharing a room with your neighbour and for some reason the fridge is super noisy. Also regarding cleanliness, very bad as towels were not changed everyday. There are not enough electricity outlets. Second, wifi does not work at all and internet connection is really bad which you would not expect for the price you pay. The reception is located in another hotel which I believe is very weird. The pool is very small and there are not enough sun beds. Personnel was kind in person but it was basically impossible to talk with them over the phone or via email as they did not reply and if they did they were very rude. Also the food selection is so limited, how is it possible that a hotel located on an island in august when it’s 30° does not serve any type of ice cream? The only truly positive note is the location which is excellent. Overall, don’t waste your money.

Despite Greek Law allowing refunds if you are unable to make a new booking within 18 months of your initial booking, this hotel still refuses to refund our money. Our country (Australia) has a travel ban, we cannot leave our country we booked the hotel before the pandemic (Feb 2020), 7 other hotels in Greece refunded our money except for this one. Absolutely disgraceful service. Whenever I get the chance to travel again, I will make sure I never stay here. This hotel will never get my business again and it shouldn't get yours either. The way they treat tourists in a pandemic is abhorrent and I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone. Please do not stay here and continue to let Liana rip you off. We now have to spend money to take legal action to get our money back. All because Liana wants to hang on to 400 Euro for a booking made before the pandemic.

My boyfriend and I just left from a lovely stay at Quartono. We were put in a lovely room by the pool. The lady who checked us in and helped us throughout our stay was very warm and welcoming. She made us feel very at home. We ordered a lovely omelette by the pool which was delicious. She even threw in some local meat and cheese selections as a bonus. Breakfast was Covid friendly, lovely and relaxing.
The location is lovely and walking distance to nice restaurants and a short boat ride to a nice beach for relaxing and also hiking!

We stayed at Quartano for a week and it was the best hotel ever. The whole place was spotlessly clean. They take so much pride in their hotel. The room was modern and bright with a lovely balcony and spacious a shower. The pool was gorgeous and the staff were so friendly!! The location to Naoussa town is literally 5 mins walking distance, absolutely perfect location. My partner proposed to me after the first night. It was a magical holiday that we will never forget. We can’t wait to come back!! Thank you.

My wife and I are just about to leave this hotel and despite never writing a review on here before, we felt that the staff here at the Quartano deserved the recognition.
From day 1 until just a moment ago, all of the staff have been super helpful and friendly throughout! Some even trying to learn our language (Welsh), which isn’t easy or expected.
The rooms are great. Very modern & simplistic but also very sympathetic to traditional Greek decor. One minor thing was that our room probably needed a full length mirror, but I know most others do have them.
A really lovely stay made all the better by the staff, we’re genuinely sad to be leaving here.

This place was amazing! Our first time in Naousa and we were blown away by the location and service. The property is beautiful, quiet, and luxurious. We totally felt at ease and relaxed. The rooms are new and modern with great finishes and comfortable bedding. We had a deluxe suite with a balcony and it was beautiful. We used the pool which was great. The hotel has very good room service and free breakfast daily. We were most impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. We organized daily transfers through the app to the beaches, towns, and port for 36 euro. A little pricey, but it was so convenient to be able to get in a nice car already at the hotel without having to track down a taxi. The hotel is within 5 min walking distance of downtown Naousa which we went to every night. I would highly recommend this hotel!
