My wife and I had one night stay, nice clean room with all the bits in the bathroom to go with it, breakfast had all you could want and more, for round about £63/65 you can't go wrong , we are from Rainham Essex not to far away and we had a wedding to go to at the Hill Top... More

I stayed for three nights whilst racing at Brands Hatch. I had a large clean double room with an excellent en suite bathroom (shower only). The cooked breakfast was extremely good and the choice of yoghurts, cereals and breads extensive. The owner is charming and helpful. The whole three nights cost £140. I thought that this was exceptional value for... More

A lovely place. I had a really calming, fresh looking double room with en suite. Everything clean and tidy. Didn't want for anything. In the bathroom, shampoo/conditioner. Assortment of hand and body creams. Everything a bathroom needed. In the bedroom bottled water, sweets. Large TV and comfortable double bed. There is a separate kitchen that I could use any time.... After a stressful day of flight delays to arrive at Nine Acres to a friendly welcome set the tone perfectly. On entering the annexe that makes up the B&B side the first impression of the space is clean and well maintained with those charming touches that make it feel like a home. A quick walk through to make sure I... More

We needed a nights rest while at Brands Hatch and we booked this sight unseen. Its a family house with additional accommodation for guests. The room was nice with a very large bathroom attached, lots of things provided to keep you clean which was a nice touch. Early breakfast lots to choose from and a vegetarian option was no bother,... Only stayed the one night but was made very welcome. Room had everything you could have asked for in a relatively cheap B & B. Very clean. Only comment is that the tea/coffee etc is all available in the communal dining room rather than the bedrooms - means that for a late night or early morning cuppa you had to... More

Really beautiful place, tucked away in the country. We only stopped for one short night but would be great for a few days away. Room was large and very comfy. Really welcome and friendly owners and the breakfast was perfect.

When we arrived we both glanced at one another with worried looks. The entrance/garden is quite unkempt and off putting. We were taken to our room in the separate B & B end (feeling full of trepidation because of the entrance I might add) and this was adequate for the very reasonable price. However constructive criticism leads me to say... More

We booked an overnight stay through a booking website, but once we called the owners for more information, we received the personal touch all the way! Vikki and Carl, the owners have a lovely home with great views in a peaceful setting. We had a comfortable bedroom with our own bathroom next door to our room. Everywhere there are personal... More
