I like the width of room and comfy bed(too high pillows) . Exterior of hotel is very good that's why I selected to stay. However, for in room amenities, Hot water system is quite poor, got Flat TV but Analog only. AND POOR WI-FI!! Checking in and out were slow too.

This is a wonderful resort! A real gem, and quite a surprise in this little corner of Thailand. It is an industrial area, so not the most frequented tourist part of the country. However, it is on a sizable estate with plenty of places to walk, an adjacent lake, a driving range, a basketball court, a wonderful workout facility, and a truly gorgeous pool! While all of those things are great, truly, the best thing about this resort is the friendly and accessible staff who seem constantly ready to make your stay a delight!
Some other details that might interest folks: the beds are really comfortable! This is important, because that is not always true in Thailand! They really have figured out how to do it correctly! We also enjoy the breakfast buffet. On days when there were very few patrons, they would simply let us order a custom breakfast. Also, the coffee was great! The menu may not be extensive for breakfast and their other meals, but everything they do is done well! I would much rather have a limited menu that's excellent than an everything menu that's mediocre! I think that's how most people feel?
We highly recommend this resort as a great place to hang out and unwind! I enjoy using the workout facilities, reading a book by the pool, and ordering a snack from the kitchen… I've always had a wonderful and laid-back experience here!

A big thank you to the entire team. My 14-day alternative state quarantine stay was very comfortable. I had been a little apprehensive when I discovered it was a fixed menu for all meals but the volume and variety of the dishes meant this was not an issue, the food was excellent and my request for some ingredients not to be included was catered for. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient. I will rebook for my visit to Thailand in September.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.. the staff are amazing pool and gym excellent, restaurants were exceptional. Really comfortable bed and pillows, big bath and maids keep the hotel clean. Very friendly staff, everybody was always smiling and kind. Easy to find hotel, market was very close. Breakfast was very good, a lot of different things to choose. Rooms are clean and very cosy, definetly will visit again, and recommend to everybody :)

Hotel style impress my feeling since first step, decoration call me back to old time with warm welcome and hospitality. We stayed at hotel only one night, however, they served us with fruit platter on check-out date. I have never met this kind service from others.

I actually didn't expect much, the hotel was somewhere in the middle of nowhere, but it turned out to be the best hotel of my entire trip through northern Thailand.
The arrival in a huge lobby with a welcome drink was impressive and this impression didn't fade until the personal farewell.
A huge, well-maintained complex, great rooms, a great breakfast. It's a shame I was only there for one night.
