Have stayed here a few times and they always meet our expectations and go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one, the food is brilliant. We both have no hesitation in recommending The Longlands.

This was our first stop in a charity cycling challenge and the team at Longlands Inns & Restaurant couldn't have done more for us. We all really enjoyed our evening meal, accommodation and breakfast for the next day. Our bikes were kept secure and we really enjoyed the warm comfortable bedrooms.

Excellent hotel room was nice and clean with very comfortable bed. Very helpful staff we arrived very late at night and they were very helpful. We were traveling with dogs to participate in a test and the dogs were welcome.

Me and my partner attended a wedding at longlands, it was great, the staff where lovely in our end and they made it look lovely! But I have to admit the rooms are a decent size but you can hear everything in the coach house, doors opening from downstairs and beds creeking! And the breakfast was not good at all,...

Be aware that Sundays are extremely busy and if your staying above the property it will be noisy. The food in the restaurant is nice, the staff are nice and the atmosphere is great. There are some lovely walks near by and its 2 mins away from the canal which makes a nice afternoon stroll.

Recently attended an evening birthday celebration here. The room was beautifully set out. A combined effort from the family and the staff at the hotel. Attention to detail was paramount to the staff. They even made sure that all the labels on the wine bottles all faced towards the door of the function room. The main hotel has good access...

Lovely meal. Didn't pre book but there were plenty of tables available. I had chicken with crushed Jersey Royals, Broccolli and Asparagus. The flavours were amazing. Husband had fish and chips. He said the fish and peas were really nice but the chips were a bit crunchy. Brilliant service, attentive but not suffocating. Only issue, and that's my personal choice...

We booked the day before on a bank holiday so were lucky that there was availability... The place was welcoming and our dog could go into the bar area (not the restaurant). We got a free upgrade to a deluxe double (room 11) and found it to be spacious, clean and cosy with a lovely big bed! Our host Jackie...

We like to visit Longlands when on holiday in the area and this was no exception The restaurant serves main courses at half price Mon-Fri before 6.15pm last orders. The night we went we were fortunate to get the last table at 5.50pm! We assume that they have to keep a certain number of tables available for residents. Our meals...
