I stayed here for 2 nights in may. I rang the telephone and within 5 mins I was checked in given washing powder and a good spot to park my campervan, The kitchen was well equipped and clean as was the rest of the site. The toilets and shower block was clean and tidy. Sounded like the school trip staying...

We tried to get accommodation in Wellington but everything (and I mean everything) was fully booked so we headed out of town. It wasn't looking hopeful but we found the Holiday Park and the kind owners found us a cabin. It was lovely and the amenities in the park were great. Kids all around us looked and sounded like they...

I have parked in this Park four times this year. It is close to the interislander ferry terminal but has the virtue of having a beach and a bush walk alongside. The staff are always friendly and the facilities are very good.

Great location for a weekend away from the city with friends and family.. it is a dog friendly camp ground and the dog area is separate from the rest of the campers and fenced. Very child friendly with a bouncy pillow as a main attraction as well as a well equipped separate play ground. 5 minutes walk to beach and...

We stayed in a kitchen cabin during the super busy holiday period and had a great time. The cabin was super clean and fresh and very family friendly. The kids had a great time playing at the fantastic playground and met some wonderful new friends who were also staying at the holiday park. Even though we were staying in a...

this place is a garbage hole. poor service, place has not had repairs done for years. The place is filthy, it is a health hazard, local council should shut them down. owners just want to take advantage of the holidays to rip people off for as much money as they can while providing low to no quality facilities and service....

Hello Hippy, I now know which site you stayed on at our camp - it certainly wasn't a cabin so not sure why you put such a negative feedback on trip advisor about filthy cabins. You were the very rude man with the 10+m bus plus rigid A-frame towing a 4m 4WD so approx. 15 metres in length. I personally...

As part of a small school group we camped here for one night. The facilities are well maintained and very clean. There are kitchens with microwaves, cookers, fridges, toasters, even pots and pans. The grounds are in good condition and well laid out. Excellent showers and toilet facilities The manager was very helpful, even collecting a bottle of milk for...

I stayed here with my 20 yo son in one of the self contained units while visiting friends. It was lovely and clean and well equipped. The location is beautiful with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Lots of native bird life. Woke up to the Tui several mornings. Only bad point is the units look out to the...
