West stayed one night whilst on business locally. The location is great with a secure car park. Our room was quirky in the eaves of the building. A bit of a climb up the stairs but we'll worth it. Bathroom was huge with plenty of nice towels and toiletries. We ate in the restaurant and our meal was delicious. The...

I visited here in January 2017 whilst on a business trip. The hotel is very central and convenient. The room was clean, modern and well laid out. This would be a great option for anyone on business or a romantic getaway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A good find of a hotel, right in the centre of town within easy reach of the many local restaurants and shops. Rooms were well finished and of a good size overall. A large benefit is the inclusion of overnight locked carpark - admittedly one you have to pay for but certainly a good feature compared to a number of...

Situated in central Truro this hotel has some nice character and decent en-suit rooms. The restaurant area appeared overcrowded noisy and without atmosphere. There is only a very small bar area with very few seats. There is parking at £5 a day. The prices were reasonable for our stay so would recommend as Ideal for a short stay

In the heart of Truro is a wonderful modern restaurant of exceptional quality in both their delicious food and friendly, attentive and effective service. We went for Sunday lunch and they were really busy. However, the quality of the food and service was outstanding in every element. We could have done with a bit more gravy with the mains and...

Hello Maggie Next time just ask for some extra gravy - we don't mind as it goes so well with the beef from our local supplier - Brian Etherington. We shall pass along your comments about the outstanding food and service to all the members of the team here along with Brian - he will be happy to hear that...

I like this establishment, great bar , friendly staff, nice restaurant , I have used those facilities many times so was looking forward to staying assuming the ambience of the bed rooms would be similar. I was a bit disappointed because things just seemed a bit 'tired'. Every thing to hand its just little things like grubby TV controllers and...

I stayed here on a Saturday night, and it was the base for the night after watching Ghost at the Hall for Cornwall. The parking was brilliant, my car was secure and plenty of room. I was able to check in from 2pm which was great. Room was comfortable with everything I required. I loved the bathroom, the shower was...

We were going to the Hall for Cornwall Theatre and decided to take advantage of a Mannings Hotel offer and stay the night. We checked in about 2.30, and were given vouchers for two complimentary drinks in the bar, nice touch. However, here is my only area of concern about our stay. Although the hotel, restaurant and bar areas were...

Trying to find a B&B we instead found Mannings Hotel in the center of Truro. It is a listed building and so this means – no elevator/lift up to the rooms. We stayed in the attic which we thought was on the second floor until we opened the room and found more stairs leading up. Having to duck my head...
