Stayed at County Arms for a week to have a change of scenery during Covid - lovely hotel and all of the staff where friendly and helpful. Would like to mention the young lady with the multi coloured hair as when she was on breakfast duty she was very efficient. Limited breakfast menu however it wasn’t a problem to vary or ask for changes to it. Evening menu was also limited Due to Covid but what we had was lovely well cooked food. Would also recommend the carvery. Felt very safe staying there and would highly recommend. Location was good as only a short walk to town centre and could travel to lots of lovely Cornish towns within 15 to 30 mins.

We stayed here for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. Service in both the hotel and in the pub was really good and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need for a good stay. Plenty of parking available too. If I'm back in Truro I'll definitely stay here again

Stayed for 2 days for a mini break in Cornwall at The County Arms. It's a great hotel. Staff are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel room was bright and airy. Very clean. Ate in the restaurant on both nights. Food very good arrived lovely and hot. Staff ensured hotel and resturant felt well run, welcoming and (important at the moment) a covid safe place to be.

We spent 8 nights at the County Arms, it was a great central position for all tourist spots in Cornwall. The hotel was spotless, we had a great room with lovely views across the countryside. But what made our stay really special was the staff. Chris made us feel welcome from the start and was so helpful throughout our stay. Barry, Tiana and the rest of the guys were great in the restaurant. Kieran was a credit to the place, professional but really friendly, loved our chats 👍🏼. Now we come to Michaela - happy, helpful and assisted us on a daily basis with places to visit and where to eat. She was brilliant 👍🏼. We will not hesitate to recommend here to anyone and we will be back again very soon x. Big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so special x.
