Although being a smaller resort, we were happy with the quiet calm restaurant that the hotel offered... Our waiters Atul and Vipin were very polite and informative of the menu... Atul was really considerate of my gluten and dairy free dietary requirements... He was quick to inform the chef and therefore prevented an accident from happening... Atul was good in suggesting a strong and tasteful cocktail for my partner, which encouraged another round of the same drink... Atul was thoughtful to have served the pil pil with gluten free bread for me... Although we didn’t read sweet potatoes on the menu, Atul adhered to our request and we enjoyed every bite of the sweet potato fries... Thank you so much Atul and Vipin...

Next I come to the staff in the restaurant, Malay, Chitra, Muneer and Rani - what can I say but exceptional!... Every day they ensured that I had certain foods made separately and freshly due to allergies and made sure that I never missed out because of them... Isaac is also another deserving of a special mention, always available to help and assist and doing so with a smile on his face, nothing was too much trouble for him!...

The people we met: Tracy Oliver, Khaled Morad , Amr Saber, Chitra, Malay, were all very professional, friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to please and accommodate us.
