It was our first time to visit this hotel as the deal was really catching experiencing the "all inclusive package". We came a bit early so our room was not yet ready so they sent us to their Residence side to have our lunch at Sea Breeze. So we went to the mentioned restaurant but unfortunately they are not yet open so we have to wait till 1pm to have our lunch. While waiting, we started roaming around to check the place and suddenly fell in love with the pool and beach concept. We went back to Sea Breeze to have our lunch. Food selection was fair same thing with the food quality. We started our all inclusive package by ordering the alcoholic beverages. The main highlight of our visit was the above and beyond service given by Ricelda. She assisted us from lunch, dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were assisted by Jeffy who's very attentive replenishing our drinks for dinner. We love the flexibility of Bhuwan by serving us the apple juice minutes after the buffet for breakfast was over. We would like to acknowledge the warm assistance of Lawrence from the House keeping for giving us the water right before our check out. Small kind gestures made us feel very welcomed and significant. Overall experience was great and job well done for giving your staff a great training as they understood well the menaing of Hospitality! This is the right place for a weekend getaway. If you want space, comfort and the indoor space for r&r with a view then this is the place for you. The staff were helpful and very clear in their instructions on how to use their facilities. Which left no time to waste in getting your bearings around the place. Helped my other half and my self to enjoy each otgers companybyet givingbus enough space. My advice to anyone visiting the residence, take a book or something to keep you entertained indoors or even outdoors. The rooms are comfortable where you become hesitant to go out and just enjoy that peace.
I'd say you wont regret spending a weekend here. Enjoy everyone .

Planned a friend's birthday as a getaway to Ras Al Khaimah - a budget friendly one at that. We checked out multiple places but fell in love with the images we saw and booked the stay via Booking.com. It was definitely worth every single dirham. We could not be more satisfied with the stay, service and the peace and quiet we got during our getaway. One note though - the water in the shower is on two extremes - either extremely cold or hot. No in between! Location: Perfect! This hot water in this hotel regularly does not work so washing hands etc cannot be effective. It is therefore not safe to visit. The staff are extremely good and try hard with the exception of Mr Ahmed Deputy Front Desk Manager who is extremely rude and unhelpful. When I complained about the water problem he gave me the number of another member of staff Mr Sudia. This number is turned off and no use at all. Mr Ahmed just says it is not his problem. Very poor service and the hot water still does not work.

(+) The beach and pool are pristine. The proximity is perfect.
(-) The rooms are old and lack considerably of cleanliness. Even my 3 year old kid asked me “why are the walls dirty?” The staff wasn’t always smiling, especially at the reception where we were “welcomed” with a very flat and rested face. Tell me about a first impression... We took the half board so we wouldn’t have to thing about going out to eat or drink. The food choice was limited but okay. Again not worthy of 5 star hotel. We were very disappointed to learn that drinks we’re not included, NOT EVEN WATER! Although the facilities were all we wished for, the rooms need a good refreshment and staff to be debriefed on how to welcome their guests. Not to speak about making sure your guest have their thirst quenched, at the very least.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights. As a family of four (daddy, mummy, a girl and a boy), we all have individually different needs and wishes, and the hotel catered for all our needs - great food for parents, clean, warm pools for kids, beautifully maintained beach for all of us, plenty of cold beer for daddy etc. And what made our stay really great was the hotel staff - from the reception to the kitchen. Especially the restaurant staff were so nice to our daughter who had her wrist broken just 3 days before this holiday. Lobeth talked to my daughter daily, made her smile, and she even requested to the Chef Shibin to make my daughter's favourite dish (humburger) at our last meal. Audrey was always so attentive to our needs, and it was such a good feeling to be taken care of (especially for mummy). We thank all the kitchen and restaurant staff to make our holiday so heart-warming.

We were a group of 5, and had come to celebrate a friends birthday here
We had taken a 2 bedroom apartment, with a gorgeous view of the sea. The rooms were very spacious, clean and well maintained, the staff were hospitable and friendly. We had a large balcony as well, which could be accessed from any bedroom or living room. We also had a large and spacious kitchenette with an electric stove
The only and biggest letdown was the breakfast buffett, which was by far the worst I’ve had in Dubai. There very were few choices, the non-veg items was literally cheap food taken from a grocery in bulk, cooked and served to the guests along with other cold frozen items
The sad part is there is a mall just 5 minutes away and we had to leave breakfast midway and go to the mall to pick something better, and we ordered in for dinner!
To the management : please improve the variety and quality of cuisine, for such a lovely property it’s a huge let down!

Really really poor service, television services, phone services didn't work for both the rooms we worked. Infact they didn't even provide us with plates and spoons. For kids. My family and I had the worst ever stay cation experience in UAE

We stay in 8119 the room is more spacious for a family and kids its super clean room . Staff are more friendly and helpful always. Pool is always clean and hygiene even in beach including sunbed clean before going to beach collect your towel from upper pool area. They having evening BBQ in pool bar its so mouth watering food value for money. Happy hours its so nice they serve me in beach after I order drinks and food. Kids club more activities more fun time including cartoon on TV. In the pool area there is kids play activities game most of kids got cap has gift its make a kids more active and more fun. There is evening yoga class its free of cost while sunset its more useful. Badminton place also there in afternoon time fun to spend. Social Restaurant breakfast buffet is non stop wide range of varieties of food more option make you fill your stomach. Dinner Buffet same taste and varieties also good they have good quality of food. Reception staff was guide us properly make a check in faster and explain about the property and hand out the print out facilities. few names need to mention Ravi concierge Safad kids club Ziaria, Rodel, Fredrick, Fardiun Restaurant Ang hostess. Binal recreation(Ask him to know about the hotel) Waqas Pool Bar( ask him of beverages and food) I have missed some name Reception the person check in and HK the girl evening time given our request and ask always about our stay. I stayed in Alhamra village (the apartment not the hotel) so if you want to use the facilities and you are staying in the al hamra village you need to go to hotel (2-3min) walking
I tried to call the room service and reception many times but no one answered the phone
There are more places to choose from in the Al Jazirat Al Hamra area.
