Are there rooms with disability access and facilities
I'm not sure if they have specific disability rooms but my 90 year old mother managed well with limited mobility with a room near lift. I just discussed her needs with the excellent reception team whilst booking and they suggested the most appropriate available room.

Unfortunately they don't have much option for vegan as most dishes cooked in butter. Limited choice for dairy free also. There are certainly dishes available but depends on the menu at the time. Always best to ask in advance of a booking.
