I heard of Tabor Hill Farm through a mutual friend of the owner, but having not visited the area before I had little in the way of expectations. The farm is remote and that is definitely one of its major charms, it is certainly off the beaten track. The hospitality I received was second to none and I felt instantly... More

We stayed at Tabor Hill Farm for two nights in August 2015 and we loved it! Astley is a great host who prepares a wonderful breakfast and shares a lot of travel advice. We definitely recommend staying at Tabor Hill Farm, we will certainly do so at a next occasion.

We have had an absolutely delightful stay - from the comfortable room, beautiful views, and delicious breakfasts to the fantastic hospitality of Astley and excellent advice on how to fill our days in Exmoor. On our first night, we were directed out to one of the surrounding fields to see the red deer grazing at twilight which was absolutely magical.... More

I stayed here while visiting local friends. The setting is idyllic, the rooms done to a high standard and the breakfast delicious. While I had some time to kill I even had a clay pigeon shooting lesson booked for me. Overall this is friendly and delightful B&B.

Although we were only at Tabor Hill for one night, we greatly enjoyed this peaceful B&B hideaway on Exmoor. From our clean, well-equipped room to a chatty breakfast in the welcoming farmhouse kitchen, we can whole-heartedly recommend this property and Astley's skills as a hostess. She was very helpful in booking us a dinner reservation and was knowledgeable about the... More
