We were made so welcome by Amandine and Arnaud. Good food, comfortable beds, warm rooms and plenty of hot water. We were able to book linked rooms for our 2 children - rooms 11 and 12 - which worked well for us. I did not ski this year and they put me in touch with an excellent guide for snow...

We had a room with a lovely view of the town and mountains, it took about 15 to 20 minutes to walk into the centre as it was quite icy but imagine it would take less in the summer. The bathroom had a quirky sink and a shower (no bath) We found the double bed to be very small and...

We stayed as a large group via crystal and we where not disappointed. The hotel may only be 2 star but it's spotlessly clean and the facilities are good. It's family run and the staff are super friendly and very helpful. Considering the price paid the food is very good here. The rooms are better than basic and well appointed....

Stayed at L'ours Blanc for the Etape weekend. Excellent and helpful staff who speak good English. Very convenient for a walk into the centre of Morzine across the footbridge and in a quite residential street. Nice pool and garden. Breakfast was very good with various hot options. Bedrooms are on the compact side but comfy with good bathroom facilities. We...

Lovely staff that speak English but also speak some French to you so that you can practice! When we lost our car key they offered to take us to the police station! Pool is great and the food is incredible (great variety and some typical French dishes)! Great spot for a cycling holiday!

I chose this hotel (for a week's skiing with my 21 year old son) on the basis of a) other peoples' reviews and b) the price; I was not disappointed on either count! The hotel has been in the same family for three generations and Amandine & Arnaud are doing a splendid job in continuing the family tradition. The breakfast...

Stayed here with my husband and daughter for a mid week break skiing the Morzine area. Hotel was not only clean and well located but food and service were excellent too. Looks like they are gradually updating the windows - rooms etc so good to see money being spent for the future. Run by a lovely young family and I...
