Great location, right in centre, close to everything( including revellers on the street) The bedroom was so warm & stifling you needed to open the patio doors , so it was occasionally noisy at night. The bedrooms are described as being interior designed, sorry not so, maybe 10 years ago but if you are looking for chic modern you will...

After doing some research in 4* and 5* hotel we decided to opt for Le Samoyede, which is technically a 3*. I would rate this hotel a 4*, and the food and service 5*. To start with a few obvious points... The hotel is brilliantly located, right on the main town square and right in front of the Tourism office....

Absolutely despicable Worst service in years... asked for Prosecco it was served flat. Asked for replacement and given another flat... no bubbles drink. I complained and bartender said it was a new bottle. I asked for Prosecco and thats what I've got. So if you want flat no sparkling prosecco this is the place for you. If you want attitude...

Dear Sir, We are really sorry to read that you didn’t have an enjoyable experience in our bar la Taverne. We usually do our best to please our clients. We heard about the problem with your glass of Prosecco and after checking with our bartender she, as we usually do when we have a flat or corked bottle, opened a...

Booked late and was very happy to get accommodation in such a central location, really near the ski lifts. The staff, from the moment we arrived (very late at night) were incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout our stay. We misunderstood our booking was for B&B when if was, in fact half board, but sadly we had already booked restaurants as...

It's the most central location you could ever wish for. Close to skiing and the city. The hotel is really friendly and has some parking behind. Breakfast is excellent. The rooms are quiet despite being in the middle of the city. Lockers are provided in the ski room to store your equipment securely. The staff were super helpful and friendly....

This must be our forth stay at this homely family run establishment. The bar and lounge area have been upgraded and it's lovely to have a comfortable area to sit with friends without having to be in the Restaurant or bedroom. The food is still top quality and couldn't be improved on. Fabulous food and delicious reasonably priced wine list....

We stayed at the hotel as a quick girlie ski break, escaping the men and kids! The hotel is superbly situated and well equipped. All of the staff were very attentive and looked after us. The bedrooms are clean and spacious but one point to note is that the hotel could do with putting some hooks on the walls in...

I have just stayed here for 2 weeks with my 17yo son. We had a twin room which was fine and had space for a lounge area. Breakfast each day was a buffet which had all you needed. However dinner which is included in the tariff was superb. Each meal had soup, entree, main, cheese and dessert. The quality and...

Great location in the middle of Morzine. Reception and restaurant area is new renovated in nice cosy mountain style ( wood). Breakfast ok, but not a big choice. We visit in the very low season, so completely understandable. Room was clean and spacious. Shower in the bath which got the whole room wet. Ask for just shower if you don't...

“Some rooms have very small baths in them which is a bit of a pain. I would ask if another room had a stand up shower as these small baths are typical of older hotels. This was a slight inconvenience but nothing major as all else was great.”
