The staff - very helpful and friendly, dinners - very good, although don't expect high end cuisine as some reviews suggest, it is still French mountain food (lots of cheese) although made and presented very well. Desserts could do with a boost, as they weren't very French at all. The chalet itself is located in a lovely and quiet village...

We have recently returned from our annual ski trip and were very happy with the hotel. It is in a very quiet area which suited us and the ski bus stops just outside so no long trudges to the gondola. The lady who met us on arrival was lovely and very friendly and gave us lots of information. The food...

We have just returned from another very pleasant stay and Les Lans Hotel, Les Prodin. This was our sixth stay at Les Lans so to keep us coming back with such great enthusiasm they must be doing something very good. The key points for us were: Warm friendly greeting by Aube on arrival packed with useful relevant info Clean, tidy...

Les Lans is a small, family run hotel which feels almost like a large chalet - it is very personal with a cosy communal area and a very relaxed atmosphere. The proprietress, Aube, is personally interested in all her guests, most accommodating to requests and willing to go the extra mile. The fact that the staff return for the season...

We have just returned from Les Lans after an amazing week skiing! I cannot thank the hotel staff enough. As soon as we walked in we felt welcomed and the lady on reception was so kind and upgraded us so myself and my partner could have a separate bedroom to his dad! It was a very kind gesture. The lady who...

Just spent a week at the Les Lans hotel and very impressed overall. We had accomodation with one twin room and one bunk bed room with a balcony over looking the valley towards Morzine. The room was spotlessly clean on arrival and in good order. The food at this hotel was amazing 4 courses on some nights. Especially liked the...

We first stayed here in 2009 and we returned 8 weeks later and have returned every year since. The hotel is a 2min walk from the Les prodain lift to avoriaz but you can also catch the bus. It has easy links to the whole of the portes du soleil ski area. The owner Aube is always very helpful and...

The hotel is a in a peaceful location out side of Morzine, but only a 10 minute walk to the Prodains gondola with direct access to Avoriaz and the Portes du Soleil. THe hotel has a link with the ski shop next to...

The best thing about the hotel is the evening meal........it was excellent all week. The breakfast was poor with NO hot food served. The hotel is near the ski lift but quite isolated. We were very disappointed with our room which was tiny and in the loft with no hairdryer, no kettle and barely any day light with one tiny...
