Prior to leaving the UK we were contacted by Elle, the resort rep, to ascertain our requirements in respect of ski passes, dietary requirements and update of snow report. We were very pleasantly surprised to be asked about dietary requirments as one of our party has significant allergies. His needs were very well catered for. The team at the hotel...

Basic, chalet style hotel. Easy walk across the bridge to the main lift. Staff very friendly, food absolutely fine, nothing flash but plenty of it. Beds very comfortable. Bed rooms basic but clean and after all we were there to ski. Impressed with igoski - Elle contacted us the day before we left and we preordered our ski passes. Left...

I have just got back from a (sneaky) last minute short skiing break. We went with Igoski, and arrived in the evening just as the snow was stopping, making the hotel and Morzine town look like the perfect sking destination! The hot soup and rolls the hotel gave us were well welcomed by the other people who were on the coach...

We loved this hotel, it had a great atmosphere and the staff were relaxed and friendly. We arrived late in the evening and hot soup and rolls were served, nothing was too much trouble. There was a room mix up in the UK and staff did their best to resolve it with humour and personal attention which made the difference...

Very last minute ski trip with iGOSKi (booked Monday, travelled Wednesday) took us to Hermine Blanche. Very happy with our stay there. We (Mum, & 3 older teenage boys) shared a quad room which was absolutely fine for our needs. Double bed, 2 bunk beds and a sofa bed. Staff were super friendly, Kathryn greeted us and provided us with...

We only managed three days at the hotel as we had to return home. However, we knew even from our short time there that we had chosen an ideal place for our holiday. Excellent rooms, very good evening meals and breakfasts. Ideal location with stunning views. friendly guests who mixed well. 15 minute walk to the Plenney lifts. Hotel staff...

This 3* hotel is up the hill from the bridge into Morzine and my recommendation is that you plan to take the bus which stops exactly outsde the hotel. The walk, with skis, is quite long especially on the way up at the end of the day. The rooms are fine for a 3* Hotel but sometimes the cleaning was...

We have just returned from our Alpine Elements/Igoski short stay and wanted to let everyone know what a great hotel this is. The Manager, the ski rep and his team of staff are warm and welcoming, and their customer service is excellent. Our room was a good size, impeccably clean, all the furniture made from local wood and the bed...
