Our stay at Chalet Eterle with Riders Refuge was fantastic, our chalet hosts Jessica & Gemma were really friendly and accommodating, as well as providing delicious hearty meals throughout our week long stay.
The chalet was very comfortable and had all the essential amenities you'd want, and the shuttle service to and from the ski lifts was very convenient and made getting between Morzine and Avoriaz easy.
Overall I'd highly recommend staying at Chalet Eterle and with Riders Refuge, who provide a great service and excellent value for money!

Stayed again at Chalet Eterle at the tail end of the Summer season and had another fab stay.
Riders Refuge are a professional set up. Great communication before the holiday and we’re very accommodating.
The in resort manager Lisa was very professional and efficient.
Chalet Eterle has 5 x good size bedrooms and is a lovely Chaket in a great location only 10 min walk from the centre of Morzine.
The hot tub is a great size and the outside space is great for entertaining.
All in a fab stay and would definitely recommend Riders Refuge for summer or winter holidays in Morzine.

I was here skiing for 10 days.
The chalet hosts were such an awesome help and I was settled in within no time. The food was really good and the shuttles to get to the slopes for a certain time were always organised really well. All of the staff were brilliant drivers and any recommendations they said in terms of bars/restaurants were always great.

Our stay in Eterle was absolutely amazing. Our hosts Becca and Harry were lovely, very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay there. They looked after every aspect so all we needed to do was ride our bikes. Food they cooked was very tasty and diverse and there was enough food throughout the day without needing to get anything from the shop. It was a totally stress free holiday from the moment we landed in Geneva. I will definitely be returning to Eterle especially if Becca and Harry are there again. Thank you very much.

Beautiful chalet in a great location - short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A short drive to the ski lifts with shuttles every morning and evening which made life very easy. Our hosts were Ivy and Deema - they were excellent, the food was superb every evening (for a very fussy eater). They were very friendly all round great hosts. This was our second stay with riders refuge and would definitely return!

Just stayed for a week in Eterle and cannot fault it or riders refuge at all. Easy to book and good communication when booking with options to sort ski hire, lift passes, restaurant bookings offered.
Deema and Ivy were great during our stay and were very helpful, all meals were excellent and very accommodating if there was something that someone didn’t like.
Would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again!

Everyone of the team were very friendly and helpful. Great chalet and great food. Deema and Ivy were very good hosts.

Wow what a super stay. We were a group of 6 and our hosts Charlie and Kate were amazing. They made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was outstanding and such a lovely lot of it and tasty wine.
The daily service taking us to and from the ski slopes was second to none. A quick call or prior reservation was all it too. All those who picked us up and dropped us off were so lovely and friendly.
The chalet was very good too. Well equipped, cosy, space for ski equipment too. Plus to top it all a good sized hot tub perfect after a day on the slopes.
The pick and and drop off to the airport was perfect too.

The chalet is great, the photos don’t do it justice - lots of space. Food was fantastic and the hosts G, Lisa and Jack are absolute legends who made our stay so easy, relaxing and fun!
Jono was also really great and attentive throughout the booking process.
The resort is great too, the portes du soleil lift pass covers a massive area with great runs both on and off piste.
We would come back in a heartbeat, thank you riders refuge :)
