Great stay over this year. Good friendly welcome. Family rooms were booked were clean and spacious. Convenient place to stay over when returning from the south of france or norther italy. For us this year, it's much improved and would stay again.

Only stayed for one night as a stop over on a coach tour. Room was fairly basic, but comfortable with a good and clean bathroom. Breakfast was rather limited in choice, no ham or cheese. No restaurant for evening meal, but there were places nearby. Friendly staff.

My granddaughter and I stayed overnight on the last leg of a Leger coach tour. It is not in Reims itself, but in a commercial area quite a way out. The hotel was modern and clean. The room was very small with an unusual blind at the window which allowed for privacy, but enabled light to shine in all night. (Fortunately we had eye masks with us.) The bathroom was tiny but fine with an adequate shower. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are several in the immediate vicinity as well as an excellent Carrefour supermarket. A basic, early breakfast was provided which was perfectly acceptable.

I stayed here for an overnight stop a few nights ago. It’s in an excellent location, near many different restaurants. The Chinese opposite is particularly good. My room wasn’t particularly big, but it was perfectly adequate. It was a nice comfortable room and I had a peaceful night’s sleep. I’d certainly stay here again.

We stayed here twice this week, and it’s outstanding; two connecting rooms for families (rather than one big room), clean facilities that inspire confidence in the COVID era, and really friendly helpful staff.

We've stayed at this Qualys before after switching from the nearby Novotel which was becoming just too expensive for an overnight stop - this is a no frills hotel - the rooms are ok, a bit on the small side but comfortable enough - the reception are is clean and modern, which can't be said for the coridoors upstairs where a lick of paint is definitely overdue and the carpet on floor 2 coming out of the lift is very badly marked and needs to be replaced - staff are friendly and parking secure - don't bother with breakfast, go find a cafe en-route - it's France for goodness sake, why serve prepacked tasteless (rubbery) cheese as part of the breakfast on offer ? Will we stay again ? .... no, I don't think so - we were disappointed with our stay this year I'm afraid.

Poor value. We just wanted a stopover on our way home. This looked okay and I guess we were fooled by the word "Qualys" in it's name. Sadly this has nothing to do with quality. The room was fine but had a very poor window blind. This gave no blackout so we had light all night from the fluorescent light outside the room. In the morning we had breakfast for€11. It was inedible.

Response from QualysHotel, Directeur général at Qualys-Hotel Reims Tinqueux
Responded Sep 30, 2019
Dear guest, We thank you for staying at our hotel. Regarding the occultation of the room, we are sorry that you have not seen the button next to the window that allows you to operate the electric shutter to be in total darkness. The blinds inside your room are decorative. Regarding our breakfast, we are surprised by your remark as we attach a lot of importance to the selection of our products: pastries and breads delivered every morning, juices 100% pure juice, coffee machine grain, selection of cereals and dietary seeds, seasonal fruits.. We are sorry that you didn't find anything to enjoy you breakfast as expected to star you day the best way. Remaining at your disposal to welcome you back at QUALYS-HOTEL for your next stay in Reims.

Comfortable bedroom, plenty of room, poor quality towels in bathroom. Not much choice at breakfast, no nice French bread,no hot food. No air conditioning, could be a problem if it was very hot weather.
