Absolutely fantastic stay! We had such a lovely time at Villa Magdalena, we do not have a single bad thing to say about this place! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the restaurant is great, the cleanliness is superb, and the spa is fabulous ! It is a small hotel, but you don't even need to leave it, you will have everything you'll need for an extremely chill stay at your disposal. Can't wait to come back !

Location like in heaven. Well-equipped room with hydro massage bath tub. Gym, swimming pool and sauna within the hotel. The hotel restaurant has excellent gastronomic offer. Extremely friendly staff. The hotel has some other offers that you can enjoy. You can, for example, rent bicycles and enjoy cycling around the beautiful Zagorje region. If you want to rest your soul and body, this is the place for you. And trust me, it's worth every penny. I can't wait to come again. :)

We had to alter our reservation at the last moment and the hotel staff was very understanding about it, even though they had every right to reject it based on their Terms & Conditions. Every interaction with them was great, an ideal mixture of professional and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The location of the hotel is great and near the forest. Room is big and really nice, the jacuzzi is fantastic!! There is plenty of towels and nice bathrobes. Everything is really really clean. The balcony is nice as well, but the breakfast could me much nicer.

The small, but exclusive hotel is located on the slopes of the hill in Krapinske Toplice with its own parking and easy access to the town. It is a perfect choice for a relaxed holiday combined with exploration of beauties in Hrvatsko Zagorje. The rooms are huge and comfortable, each with its own balcony and a hot tub, very good wireless connection and a firm bed. The bathroom is also spacious and well equipped. The wellness zone is small but exceptional, a perfect spot for a daily relaxation. The restaurant is excellent, not only for breakfast, but also for every meal during the day and it also serves as a cocktail bar with a nice view on the town. We spent a couple of days here, while visiting the region, and everything was perfect, especially hotel staff, everyone was very helpful, efficient and attentive. We had great time and can’t wait to return……

The hotel itself is very cute and nicely decorated. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. All rooms have a very nice view over the little town and hills around. But what makes this place extra special are super friendly and nice staff members who make you feel welcomed and make this place overall super cosy and relaxing. The food is also very good, the spa is nice, massages are great. Jacuzzi in rooms is must try as well as the breakfast in the room. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be coming back. <3

The most positive review for the hotel Villa Magdalena near Krapina After a stressful few months, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a vacation at Villa Magdalena. After 4 days there we felt like we were 10 days, literally a dream vacation, we had a feeling like we were alone in a hotel, at the pool and in the saunas there was no one but us (on the third day of our stay we just saw other guests () Breakfast is rich, we couldn't even eat everything, dinner is in 5 courses and you don't know which course is more delicious .. The jacuzzi in the room is just special, I think we spent most of the time in it 😂 And finally, the hotel staff is what made our vacation even more beautiful, thank you to everyone from the reception, room, pool, restaurant 💜💜💜 P.S. don't miss the poppy seed and pumpkin seed oil cake, it's perfect 😍🐷 Special thanks to Ante Grgić (Staff member) who gave us the most delicious gastronomic recommendation…

Beffore 2 years i was with my son for the dinner and it was just perfect! Because it was good this year i decided to go with my wife to celebrated my birthday. But this year the food it was not like beffore, only soup it was perfect.The rooms was ok, wellnes same but the price was very very expensive. We have pay about 3000 kuna for 2 nights and very bad dinner included romantic packed with 2 cakes and one cheep champagne (350 kn). I dont believe i will be back again

We have stayed for 4 days in largest available room (we have booked a Spa Family Suite of 64m2 being a 2 adult and 3 kids family) and upon arrival we have been immediately won over how nice and clean room was. There was not a speck of dust anywhere and there was a lot of attention to details including high-throughput WiFi throughout the room and hotel, very good ventilation and decent sound isolation, very spacious terrace with a great mountain view, enough chairs throughout the rooms, several TV sets, in-room large jacuzzi (splendid to get kids occupied or to for adults to relax) with lights, with several tables to spend your time playing games, reading mail, drinking coffee etc. Spa/wellness pool on top of the hotel is also one of great features of the place: everything was spotless, clean and well ventilated. The pool is not very large, but it is comfortable enough for several families to swim in. Pool was likely one of the cleanest and again with a lot of attention to small details (stainless steel pool frame), a lot of indoor and outdoor beach beds, tea and water next to the pool etc. Already thinking that this can't be better we have been thoroughly surprised by the food quality, as the hotel chef is likely at par with best restaurants we have visited so far. We can only recommend taking full board whenever possible, as we have had an incredible lunch and a dinner every single day, for both our children (having separate kids menus) and us adults. We have eaten a lot and definitely more than usual, but it was hard to resist. Finally all the staff was constantly making sure we are enjoying our stay and getting all we need, helping where needed and doing their best. Waiting for food at the table is almost minimal (given that we have had 3 kids this was well appreciated) and all the waiters were handy, in a good mood and helpful all the time. If I had to summarise I would say that our stay has definitely exceeded everything we have hoped for and that the value received is much much above the usual average (there are no hidden expenses, everything is clear and well-communicated).
