Customer have to pay 100 bath for swiming and the mother have to pay 100 baht to sit at the pool (so salt??) , paid 100 baht to make sure that the kids safe ( no life guard at that time) . One of the life guard was using mobil phone at all time , unfriendly & not seem want to work ?? The less of the team hard-work & friendly . 😞😞

Nice place. Rooms are very clean. You can have connected rooms, perfect for family. Good breakfast with choice and good service. Very big swimming pool. Good restaurant as well at the entry of the complex. Definitly a good choice when travelling.

Stayed two nights and enjoyed nice sleep each night. Hotel is about 2 years old. Planned and constructed well. Off of Main Street and quiet. Great pool and fitness facility. Staff are very Nice. Breakfast is basic but adequate. No lift so if need assistance stay first floor. We will return!

Absolutely an absolute joke of a wanna be Hotel, we originally booked 2 nights but very quickly changed to a single night after realizing that no amenities were offered after 8pm, such as drink or food.
The on-site restaurant they recommended was a absolute disgrace, no customers, with empty plates on tables while the staff were sitting on the floor laughing and joking and basically not giving a dam about customers.
We ordered food, the food arrived cold and we asked for it to be changed, they changed the rice then the rest of it was cold when they delivered back to us, none of the staff cared, absolute inattentive staff leaving us to fill our own glasses, and empty plates on our table, we questioned why the service and food was so bad, we were told that the food was cooked and prepared offsite and had to be delivered which we believe was absolute BS, as to the very bad service they could not answer AS THEY LOST FACE.
As to the joke of a hotel, only one key card, hence having to pay for an additional one to keep the AC going.
This I would class as a budget hotel with only 1 Star, we would never ever stay or eat here again, it’s an absolute joke of a place.
Really no idea where the previous good reviews came from in the real world.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel earlier this month. I'd rate it 5 stars other than the poorly executed breakfast and poor water quality of the beautiful swimming pool. Service was comparable to a 4 star hotel in Bangkok, but at a fraction of the price. Very well designed rooms, proper shower water pressure. Good linens, quiet room on first floor. The Gym is top of the line, very nice pool needs some water testing. I'd return, but I would skip breakfast.

Very new and beautiful, design hotel with high tech equipment, swimming pool, fitness room, large rooms very comfortable (Western style and comfort).
English speaking staff at the reception, very nice and helpful.
Excellent rate quality vs price.

Had the opportunity to visit and friends stayed several nights.
Extension work is still going on.
The pool is not an easy access.
A few staff have some English language skills but many didn't.
And the pricing of the place is not aimed at your local thai people.
Restaurant/food was not available at 8pm ish.
We returned from a very long day at the hospital and needed food.
Located off the main highway and just behind the hospital, its a little hard to find without directions.

Been going a couple of years now, so should be getting its act together.

We tried this hotel against another that we usually use. The Hotel is very modern and the rooms are nice. The swimming pool is good. Breakfast to me is poor, with very limited choices poor orange juice and coffee options are limited. However, the cafe served probably the best Thai food I have had in a long time. The Tom Yum was especially good. The laundry took longer than the day they said, and some clothes came back marked, so would avoid using them, although they did smell clean. I would stay again probably due to the cafe.

A new and modern hotel. Good swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Very good quality beds. I recommend this hotel to the area and Phanum Rung Historical Park. Good stopover hotel for people from Bangkok and Pattaya travelling to the Isaan
