Rooms were light, airy and immaculately clean. The view from the separate Lounge Balcony was stunning. Breakfast was piping hot and made to your own preferences. Mrs Morrison was friendly helpful and very pleasant company.

Very clean and ideally placed for interesting walks close by. Friendly owner and excellent breakfast. Balcony from lounge provided good views of marshes and creeks. Very quiet at night and no light pollution so stars a plentyMore

Elm House Bed & Breakfast is located approx 150 meters along an unadopted road which runs parallel with Oare Creek, just 1 mile from Faversham town centre. We believe a perfect spot for guests who wish to spend More time visiting the bird reserve at Oare Marshes or who just wish to walk and enjoy this lovely area full of wildlife. PLEASE NOTE: WE TAKE BOOKINGS VIA airbnb ONLY Twin room £60 per night - single occupancy £35 per night, double room £60 per night. Our prices include a continental breakfast, should you wish to have a full English breakfast, there is an additional charge. Free Wifi, Private guest bathroom, guest TV lounge with access onto the balcony where during the summer months you can enjoy the lovely views while having morning coffee watching the yachts returning home. Friendly and relaxed accommodation with easy access by road to many popular local attractions. Locally in the village you will find The Three Mariners Restaurant which we can highly recommend, booking required. The Castle public house is nearby and out on the creek you will find The Shipwrights Arms public house. A local direct bus service operates Monday - Saturday to Canterbury City centre.
